I had one of the worst salon experiences here and I strongly advise people to be very careful. I went in asking for about 6 inches off my hair. Instead, the stylist (Greg/Grigor) cut off somewhere between 12–18 inches. On top of that, he completely over-texturized my hair and used the wrong tools, leaving it uneven, thinned out, and structurally damaged. There was no way to fix what he did. Another stylist tried to correct it, but the damage was already done. What made it worse was how the situation was handled. When I went back to speak with the owner, he was defensive and tried to dismiss the issue with a refund instead of taking responsibility. I also had to push just to get the stylist’s full name and verify his license, which was not even displayed at his station while others had theirs visible. This salon advertises itself as highly professional, but my experience was the complete opposite. This was not a small mistake—this was severe, irreversible damage to my hair. Be very cautious before trusting them with your hair. UPDATE (Response to owner): Several statements made in the owner’s response are inaccurate. I was seated during the service and not pacing or interrupting. After the haircut, I asked for the stylist’s full name and license information, which had not been clearly provided or displayed at the time of service. I requested a long shag haircut and was told approximately 6 inches would be removed. That amount was shown to me and agreed upon. Significantly more was ultimately cut—approximately 12–18 inches—resulting in an uneven, over-texturized cut that does not resemble the requested style. I did not request a refund. It was offered immediately after I explained what happened, and I made it clear that a refund does not restore the length or condition of my hair. I did not return for a “free blow dry.” I returned so the owner could see the condition of my hair. Styling did not and could not correct the damage. Absolutely amazing work I love it. My hair feels so amazing 🤩 And healthy. Joel did an amazing job treated me With respect and heard what I wanted to get done and made it happen such an amazing hairstylist. Definitely recommend him and will continue to recommend people to this hair. Salon and spa definitely felt like I was heard and understood of what I expected my hair to be when I walked out of the hair salon. The hairstylist went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful and special.

Greg was amazing. I found this salon through yelp and asked for pricing and chose them. Greg made my hair exactly how I wanted it!! He was very kind and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. He did a fantastic job! I asked for a balayage blonde, and I also got a haircut. He also did a great job with the haircut and only cut as much as I told him. He also recommended products for me to use in my hair in order to avoid split ends. I will definitely be going back.

I got a massage and facial done here, they both were so relaxing and they provided such a great service. Aurina was my massage therapist and she has amazing technique and pressure. Steffanie performed my facial, she was the best! She performed a buccal and lymphatic massage on me and I left feeling 10 times lighter. Thank you so much Le Reve Salon!
