I highly recommend Scarlett Leiva and her firm to assist with any immigration matters. I met my Sweetheart in Thailand in 2019 while traveling, there. I tried 2 separate times to obtain a simple tourist visa for her so that she could visit me in USA. The application process was confusing, and difficult. My application was denied by USCIS both times without any reason. I retained the Leiva Law Firm to assist me to obtain K1 (Fiance’) visa. Scarlet and her team are very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable discussing my case with her from the moment I met her. She explained the process and options regarding the Fiance’ visa. Leiva Law Firm provided me with a questionnaire and list of documents to be submitted to USCIS. It was much easier to answer these questions, than to try and understand the confusing questions on the government forms. Scarlett and team were always responsive and promptly answered any questions (by email) that I had. Leiva Law Firm filed an application for K1 visa on my behalf and we received the visa 6 months later! Awesome! My Fiance’ arrived in USA. We were married, and immediately retained Scarlett Leiva to assist in obtaining Permanent Residence (green card). Again, lots of government bureaucracy to complete another immigration application, but Scarlett advised questions and documents and filed then green card application for us. I am very happy to report that my wife received her green card 7 months later! Immigration is difficult and stressful. Do yourself a favor and hire the best. Scarlett and her team have the experience, knowledge, and commitment (to you) to assist you. At all times during our immigration journey, I felt informed and confident that I chose the correct attorney.
