The salon is very comfortable and the people who work there are friendly and efficient. Madison is FW's best kept secret! I have incredibly hard hair to work with--color, cut, and style typically take 3.5 to 4 hours, but Madison wrapped it up in a little over two hours and its the best cut and color I've had since I started my search for a new stylist about two years ago. I will definitely be back!

Madison did my hair and it came out better than I could’ve even imagined. I’ve been dying my hair red for months and I wanted to transition slowly to my natural color (dark brown) with some highlights. I know I couldn’t have high expectations due to previous red but wow. Madison was able to bring me to a light and even blond to achieve the look I wanted. My hair isn’t fried, still healthy. She literally did magic! Strongly recommend Madison for anyone looking to be heard on what they want and need someone to be honest and get them to their desired hair! She also cut my bangs and they’ve never been better.

Came in one Saturday with my daughter for our scheduled appointments. Me for an all over color and cut. My 16yo daughter for an undercolor and cut. We get in and the stylist that takes my daughter tells us that she doesn't have time for an undercolor but she could do highlights -without bleach. I told her that if she thinks that'll turn out good, then fine but no color on the top of her hair, only hidden. My daughter had virgin hair but it's a medium brown so I wasn't sure but I trust the professionals. After the work was completed, you couldn't even see the blue or purple highlights. The manager was gracious enough to not charge me for it as we rescheduled for the following Saturday for an undercolor. My daughter returned with her step dad and AGAIN was told she couldn't do the undercolor and talked her into highlights with bleach so it would show. That took almost 2 hours longer than expected which means it cost over $200 more than what I was. I called to speak to the manager, left a message with no return call. It's been 2 weeks. I'm not asking for a refund. I just want to understand why we've gone in twice for a particular service and not gotten that service. I want to know why we've been talked into highlights instead and how to rectify this for other customers. I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Got my hair done by Joey, asked for just a normal blunt cut, NO layers, soft face framing. He completely messed up my hair and made it two completely different layers. Not to mention his incapability to make my hair the same length, the left section of my hair being longer than the right side. There were also multiple individual pieces of hair that he had missed while cutting. Lastly my face framing pieces are completely uneven and not a smooth cut. Never had a "professional" haircut this bad in my life!!!

Been canceled twice bc Lauren can’t seem to go to work. It’s a good thing I went to get a cut else wear. Decided to still keep the conditioning treatment and do it for $15 and I get a call that Lauren isn’t coming in yet again for the second Saturday in a row. This is pretty ridiculous. I had a good styling experience here but that was about it.
