The service and the quality were beyond my expectations. The front desk is really supportive for my many questions. Very friendly and warm welcoming. Kim was very skillful with her techniques and she really cared for clients, and pay attentive to my needs. She took time to make sure the work to look nice and balanced. The only one nail technician who hold my hands vertically straight up to make sure it looks nice at that perspective. l'd been to different places. I know this is personal yet Kim's work does make me fall in love with my hands. Looking in at the nails well cared for makes me feel joyful. ( Even my partner recognized that the nails looked beautiful. ) Overall, Lenient is a small nail business yet the vibe is chill and relax. I'll definitely come back. I went into the salon by chance when I was getting a coffee next door and I’m so glad I did! I’m very picky with my nails and from the moment I walked in I felt very taken care of. I was the only person in the salon and I don’t know why. Kim did my nails and not only was she so kind, nice, but she listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t care that I was picky. My nails look awesome and she told me that if I wasn’t happy at any point just to let her know. I am very happy with my nails and with Kim and I will be going back again to see her.

Went to Lenient Nails for the first time today after moving to Fairfield. I will note that they were understaffed today due to a few techs calling out for emergency reasons, so I was asked to wait or return about 30 minutes after I had arrived - this was not an issue at all and the manager was very apologetic and kind about it. Ruby was my nail tech - or should I say nail artist! She was absolutely fantastic. Brought my inspiration photo to life. I got a gel manicure with 2 colors and fall leaves on two fingers per hand. Ruby free handed it and did beautifully - I'm super happy with the result. Price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning - thank you so much!

I love Lenient Nails! I have been going there ever since 2023 and they have not disappointed me! I always go to Ruby because she is so talented and always makes her own twist on the design I want. They have incredible service for half of the price these other places charge. I highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this place!! I’ve been coming for over a year and a half. A family member recommended Ruby for nail designs and matching nail inspo pics. She is my go-to tech! The staff is super welcoming and accommodating. Tam, Daisy, and Taylor have done my pedicures. And Kim recently did my gel extension manicure 💜
