My experience here was a disaster. My hair ended up being very brassy not golden as I requested, over processed suffering excessive breakage and dryness, and have an extreme haircut especially on the right side that angles way past the end of my ear (which is supposed to be the guide). When my hair is curly it is fuzzy and there is a big chunk is noticeably missing from the front right. It is the wrong haircut for my texture. I don't know why anyone would take very long hair and go over former bleach when doing a root blend. It also makes that hair pull more brassy. The former blonde color was perfect and didn't need altering. I really need to cut off inches of hair, but very sad facing this reality. I was given a refund, but this is unacceptable and unrepairable. Natalie was the stylist and she seems better with more bold colors than a blond touch-up and health of hair. *UPDATE* on response to the owner...Correct my hair I had done prior to coming? What are you talking about. The only thing I did to my hair myself was cut it and it was great, it didn't need fixed. Her cut and color were poor, and she went over prior bleached hair damaging it to a point it cannot be fixed. She took beautiful hair and made it a ratty, brassy mess. You were given the wrong information and you should address it with your stylist. I'm not coming in for a correction with someone who did not have the skills to do a basic blonde root touchup correctly. Harassment of staff? Posting an accurate and factual review is not harrasent of staff, that is a ridiculous assertion. I am devastwd by having my long healthy hair ruined. Falsehoods are not OK, please correct your statement. The pictures speak for themselves and I have documented the damage.

Natalie is really truly the best!! I avoided going to salons for a long time because I always felt like the stylists were trying to tame my vision. Natalie is so meticulous and creative. It means so much to have found a stylist who is down to clown with edgy and alternative cuts and color. As someone with sometimes very short hair, being able to discuss future visions for various stages of grow outs and pivoting into different cuts and colors has turned what used be transitory stress, into such a fun and exciting expressive journey. Natalie is a baddie alchemist — I couldn’t recommend her more!!

My hair is difficult to cut. Amber absolutely nailed it the first go around. Beyond the quality styling, she was friendly and took the time to understand my preferred look. Awesome work all around.
