Vivi never misses! Been going to her for almost two years straight 💅🏼 Once a month, I get a new builder gel set with nail art. She is so talented!! 🌸 She even did my wedding nails (video #2 with cat eye florals and French tips). I couldn’t ask for a better nail tech 💕

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon and would not return. During my manicure, my cuticles were cut so aggressively that nearly every finger was bleeding. The cuts were deep enough that blood became trapped under the gel around the edges of all nails, and it remained visible as the nails grew out afterward. My fingers were red, sore, and irritated for days. The quality of the nail work itself was also poor. The nails were uneven in shape and thickness, and several nails had noticeable divots and dents in the center rather than a smooth surface. For a professional service, I expected much better attention to detail. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The technician was not particularly friendly, and there was a dog in the salon. I understand that mistakes can happen, but cutting a client's cuticles to the point of bleeding on multiple fingers is unacceptable. Between the injuries, uneven application, and unpleasant experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

So, my first time getting my nails done and I had a terrific experience. Seriously Vivi is awesome! I felt super safe and super seen and conversation was delightful. I dont know the standards to rate a place like this but my nails came out great and the whole process was very professional. Also super reasonable prices and totally independent artist! Absolutely recommend and will be coming back!!

Vivi is awesome!! She helped me grow out my nails doing gel-x extensions and now I have long beautiful nails and keep them strong with builder gel :) highly recommend!!
