I needed to update the address on my insurance and I kept forgetting to call during business hours, but then I saw I was able to send a message in the app. They tried calling back like the next business day, and when I missed the call, they sent a text asking for the info they needed to finish the policy update. After a few texts, it was all done in the matter of minutes. SO easy and convenient!
