Do not come here if your insurance is tricare!! I Ask Dr. tran to give me a referral my son for speech therapy and she handed me a paper knowing thats not common for me I still accepted it. She sounded confused as to why I need to have a referral for my son to go to speech therapy, as well as in the comments of said referral she mentioned my son was 10 which he is not. I then let my sons speech therapy clinic know about the referral which they then said It wasn’t the proper way to refer a child through tricare. Thankfully that someone from his speech therapy clinic said they would call Dr.Tran’s office and help guide them on making a proper referral for my sons therapy. Dr. Tran’s office states they could not make a simple referral online so they prefer to fax it. Still not hearing back from the speech therapy clinic I emailed them for an update and they told me they still haven’t seen it on their end as well as I called tricare and they said they didn’t receive anything for my sons speech. So frustrating that even with a whole other clinic to help they still couldn’t get the referral done. My son is also autistic which I had mentioned and Dr.Tran made some remarks asking if my son understands, I don't know if shes ever worked with autistic children but I just thought that was very insensitive and inappropriate. They could’ve definitely been a different choice of wording in my opinion. My family and I will not be returning to this Clinic with this doctor which was a complete waste of our time and money.

This was by far the worst front office experience I have ever dealt with at a doctor’s office. I called to schedule my annual appointment and was told the earliest availability was September — completely unacceptable for an established patient trying to stay on top of preventative care. On top of that, I was given two separate colonoscopy referrals, and both offices said they were not accepting new patients. When I called back to request a different referral, the front office told me they could not provide another one until my next annual appointment in September. So essentially, I’m expected to wait months just to get proper preventative screening because the referrals they provided were useless. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and complete disregard for patient care is extremely frustrating. Preventative healthcare should not be this difficult. The front office staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed zero effort in trying to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend improving patient support and referral coordination because this level of service is unacceptable

Nice and clean facility. Staffs were sincere and efficient; I was send to the room within mins. Dr Tran was very patient and spend the whole hour discussing the treatment plan with me. My family are all her patients; highly recommend to everyone.

The office was clean and the staff was professional and helpful. This was my first time at this office and things ran very well. I have to go back soon, I'll post again later. I had an amazing doctor prior to this office and I was really worried that I would be disappointed but surprisingly, Dr. Tran was very impressive and thorough to say the least. I look forward to having her as my new primary care physician. My last visit was pleasant, the front desk is always very helpful and the Nurse Practionier was such a delightful person. I would love to have her assist me again. Over all the visit was pleasant. Yvette

This was my first visit here since I needed to find a new doctor that takes my HMO insurance. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the doctor made me feel at ease with all my concerns. I will definitely come again to see her for my annual check up. She went through all my concerns and even was as nice as to ask the staff to have the hospital sent her my records instead of me saving all the records and sending them myself. The staff was a very friendly although a little late as the first patient and I waited 15 minutes outside the office, traffic is inevitable in the morning.
