I honestly have no words to describe how incredible the service was. Natanon and Lucas went above and beyond throughout the entire home-buying process. If I could rate them infinity out of 5, I would. As a first-time homebuyer, Natanon was incredibly knowledgeable, had F1 speed response times, and took the time to explain my loan options, the pros and cons of each, what questions I should be asking, got me a competitive rate, and told me what to expect at every stage, including legal requirements, home inspections, and the appraisal process, so I could make informed decisions with confidence. Natanon also translated a lot of his explanations to Thai for my parents to review while they were helping me make decisions. His Thai is so good that my mom made fun of my Thai. This made all the difference in making sure the process went smoothly. Lucas was equally amazing! He was always quick to respond, transparent, and efficient in handling everything that came up. Sometimes when I was lacking and didn’t see an email, he would call or text to remind me which I found super helpful. Together, they made what was a stressful experience feel manageable. Their professionalism, honesty, and attentiveness truly set them apart. They had that godly Bob Ross level of patience—calmly painting the mortgage process for me, one happy little step at a time even though I asked dumb questions and requests. Billy needs to give them their well deserved raises or a paid vacation (or both)!!! If I wasn’t broke from buying a house, I would give them a raise myself but they’ll to have to wait for me to win the lottery. I already am and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family looking to buy a home.
