- In 2019, I came in for a scheduled wisdom teeth removal which I had been told repeatedly would cost $400 for the complete service. I had tripled checked the price multiple times to be sure, and they continuously told me that the $400 price completely covered the procedure including being put under. On the day of the wisdom teeth removal, I came in and they told me that it was actually $800 to be put under and $400 only covered the procedure with local anesthesia. I could not afford $800. I then had to go through the incredibly painful process of getting wisdom teeth drilled, cracked, and removed while awake and conscious - Each visit for cleanings previously had been ok-ish, except for the aggressive sales tactics which I should have noted as a red flag. While stretched out on the dentists chair, they pushed for extremely expensive procedures including braces and even tried to push payment schedules which would have made things even crazier expensive with interest. I'm talking about going in for a $75ish cleaning and being told I needed $5k braces (that would be $7k if done through the payment plan with interest). I knew I couldn't afford these but these predatory practices may work on someone who is unfortunately financially illiterate - I have not been to this dentist in six years, they still call me every month or so. This is not a dentist office, this a marketing team - Do not trust positive reviews, they bribe patients with gift cards to leave false reviews

​I feel strongly that I need to share my experience with this dental practice because their business practices are unacceptable and genuinely frustrating. ​First and foremost, let's talk about their reviews. I was actually offered a gift card by the office staff in exchange for leaving them a 5-star review. This is incredibly shady. It makes me totally doubt every positive review they have online, and it’s a red flag for their commitment to honest feedback. ​However, the bigger issue for me is the communication—or rather, the constant, aggressive harassment. They call constantly trying to get me back in for an appointment. I told them multiple times, explicitly, to stop calling and remove my number. It felt like I was telling them weekly to stop, but they completely ignored me. ​It got so bad that I finally blocked their main office number. You would think that would be the end of it, but they started calling me from different, unfamiliar phone numbers to bypass my block and keep hounding me. This is not professional follow-up; it is invasive, disrespectful, and frankly, stalker-like behavior. ​I've never encountered a medical office that completely disregards patient requests for privacy and boundaries like this. If you are looking for a dentist who is ethical and respects your right to not be harassed, please look elsewhere. This place will absolutely not respect your wishes.

If I could give zero stars I would! Constant calls to come in for an appointment and I have notified them FOR YEARS THAT WE HAVE MOVED FROM ORANGE COUNTY. it been 2.5 years of calls. I block the numbers and they call from different ones. When we were patients there the office was unorganized, had no bedside manner and had a high turnover rate for front desk personnel. Do not associate yourself with this establishment.

Dr Bagai is a dentist who cares about her patients. Each time I go in I am greeted by several friendly, professional office staff. They instantly put me at ease. Dr Bagai and her dental staff are professional, friendly and caring as well. Dr Bagai suggested a plan to fix current problems (fillings, crowns, cleaning) and a plan to perserve my teeth for the future (invisilines). With each procedure, they made me feel comfortable. I trusted the them to perform the work suggested and improve my future dental health.

Love the friendly staff and my trusted go to person is Freddy and of course Dr Bagai. Glad I found this gem dentist office ❣️I have my regular cleaning and now recently invested in Invisalign and am soo happy with the detail and care that is taken every time I come around.
