This is very easy for me. The dentist in the Lotus group is PRIMO. She is very personable and efficient. I have had 2 experiences with dentists in this area and there is no comparison. All the positive words I will give to her without a doubt.

This is a long-overdue review. In 2020, I started experiencing tooth discomfort, on and off. When the pain turned unbearable, I got in for an emergency appointment at Lotus. This was the first dentist visit I’d had in over 5 years. I was nervous and ashamed about the state of my oral hygiene. I’d put off going to the dentist because I was afraid of how much work I’d need to get done to get rid of the pain and “fix” the damage caused by neglecting my oral health. Cassandra at the front desk helped me get sorted with my insurance, and made sure that I could be seen in a timely manner. This was very important to me, given the amount of pain I was in. When I saw Dr. Chawla, I expressed my concerns and put my trust in her, which was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. She took X-rays, examined the tooth that was hurting, and referred me to another office to get the tooth extracted. This was the only viable option, since the tooth was beyond repair. She explained everything thoroughly, and ensured me that I’d be in good hands at the referral oral surgeon (which I was). I went back to Dr. Chawla & her team for a deep cleaning. This occurred over several visits, and the team at Lotus Dental made me feel very comfortable. I never felt judged for having neglected my oral health, and the whole experience at Lotus was very comfortable and even pleasant. Having been relieved of the tooth pain and now having a clean, fresh start to my oral hygiene routine, I decided to start Invisalign through Lotus Dental Group. They worked with me to make sure that my insurance would cover a good portion of it, and they even offer interest-free payment plans for those who need that financing option. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that their patients feel well-supported, comfortable, and financially equipped to take care of their teeth. Now, halfway through 2025, I can safely say that my decision to go to Lotus Dental Group in 2021 was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health in my entire life. Let me start by saying that I have severe anxiety when it comes to any dental procedures or offices. I had been bouncing around from office to office trying to find somewhere me and my son would feel comfortable, until I found Lotus Dental group. When I called to schedule an appointment for my son and I I had pretty much given up! But when I call in to inquire about Setting an appointment I was greet by Casandra who was very nice, patient and thorough going over my insurance and what I was eligible for . She helped me book an appointment and they were very flexible. When we arrived to our appointment Casandra and the rest of the staff were super friendly. The doctor was very patient with me and my son and made us feel very comfortable. Over all I was very happy with my experience at Lotus dental and I found a home with them and have been with them ever since. I have a super busy schedule and every time I They are sure to text me a day before even that day to remind me of my appointment. If I am able to make it, they are also very flexible and To rebook with no hassle. Over all I am very happy with the whole team and always look forward to seeing Cassandra’s bright beautiful smile as she greets me and my son as we walk in.

From the moment I called to make my first appointment I felt welcomed by the staff. I love how you fill out all paperwork on iPad quick and simple. Dr. Chawla explained everything very well and made sure everything was done to perfection. The facility is very clean and spacious, they even have massage chairs in one of the rooms.
