Recently checked out this new place and it’s great! Staff is friendly, and hospitality was outstanding -offered water/tea. They also had a play station for my daughter! Kept her distracted the whole time!

An Excellent Standard Pedicure – I'll Be Back! Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing a standard pedicure that, I must say, exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was incredibly relaxing and clean, which is always a great start.The service was impeccable from beginning to end. The pedicurist, whose attention to detail was evident, did a thorough and professional job. Absolutely, I'll Be Back!

Today I visited this nail salon for a gel manicure and had an extremely uncomfortable experience. I asked to see two different shades of red and one pearl color. The technician swiped the colors on a single nail for reference, and I selected one of the three. Throughout this process, the three employees working were visibly irritated and rude, making it clear they were annoyed by my request to view multiple colors. At one point, another employee approached and aggressively took the color charts away while speaking to her coworkers as if I were not present. This behavior made the environment very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. After paying, I asked to speak with the manager. A young woman came over and immediately became defensive, accusing me of previously receiving a full set of nails and then changing the color, which is completely untrue. I have only visited this location twice before, both times solely for gel removal and a manicure. I have never received a color service from this salon. She claimed she had me on camera and refused to show the footage when I asked. I then requested that she pull up my account history, which confirmed that my prior services were listed only as gel removal. Despite this, she continued to argue, stating that she had performed a service for me for free in the past. I have never received free services at any salon—if I receive a service, I pay for it. There was no apology, no attempt to de-escalate the situation, and no acknowledgment that asking to see three colors is a reasonable request. I simply suggested that situations like this be handled more professionally, as clients often need to see multiple shades before deciding. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional and confrontational behavior, I will not be returning to this salon.

There was a bit of a wait, but they offer refreshments! You definitely get your money's worth here. I had a request for a design, and they even did a glow on the dark finish for free upon my request. I definitely reccomend going here!!

I have been coming to Lotus Nails for the past 3 months. I use to go to another nail salon near by but decided to give Lotus Nails a try after being unhappy with the gel manicures I had been getting from the other nail salon. After getting my first gel manicure and pedicure I new I had found my new go to salon. First of all, my gel lasts easily 2-3 weeks (on both my hands and toes). Second, the nail techs take their time to ensure you are happy with your experience and nails. I usually go first thing in the morning during the week and getting into a chair for service is not an issue. I can see them getting busy during the weekend so be sure to make an appointment if you plan to stop by on those busy days. I would 100% recommend Lotus Nails.
