After having a horrible experience at two other dental offices and becoming fearful of going to the dentist, Dr Ellis and her staff relieved my anxiety with their warmth and gentleness. When I arrived the ambience was great. I heard laughter throughout the space. Everyone was professional and added their personal touch. Mary was great! I actually left the office bouncing and happy to have had such a pleasant experience. Oh! One more thing, Dr Ellis was thorough, explaining everything, answered all my questions, and most importantly, she did NOT inflate the bill! I am so grateful! Best dentist ever! Best staff ever!

This was my first visit with Dr Ellis. And also the most comfortable and fun I have ever had at the Dentist! I have had some really bad experiences over the years actually. Her and her entire staff are so warm,gentle, and welcoming! Dr. Ellis explained everything to me very well and didn't make me feel like she was forcing me to get expensive treatments she simply explained my options. She even told me I could leave cards to promote my business to her patients! I feel so blessed to have found this gem! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

UPDATE- After receiving my one star review, Dr. Ellis called my husband instead of me, and added even more charges after we had already paid our remaining balance. She even threatened him and said that she would take matters to court if he didn’t pay the illegitimate charges that she added out of retaliation from my review. She refused to have anything other than a one-sided conversation with him so he called back later that day to get more information and he was not helped. There was no extortion. We will not be bullied, and we will continue to share our experience so that others do not have to go through the same. There was never any coercion on our part and I also never demanded that they see me when the office is closed. That’s actually a ridiculous thing to say and is distracting from their unethical and unprofessional behavior. This office needs to start taking accountability and offering apologies for their actions. Save your time, money, and energy and find somewhere professional and ethical to go. And if you have time, read their other one star reviews that further proves my point. They NEVER take any accountability I was warned about Love your smile before going but I went anyway because they are 10 minutes from my home. That was a mistake. They make you put a card on file which is the first red flag. I’ve never had a dental office do this. You sign standard paperwork that says you will have to cover the cost if insurance doesn’t. BUT it is still their obligation to let you know if they are performing any services that your insurance will not cover. They can pull up your benefits at the time of service and get verbal confirmation that you are ok with paying more, and they did not do this. Instead they waited 6 months after my appointment and charged my card $100 and said “insurance didn’t cover everything and you signed the paperwork so there’s nothing we can do.” When I didn’t know in the first place that we were doing anything my insurance wouldn’t cover. All i got was a standard cleaning. And I received no statement in the mail or by email. The way they handled this is the worst part. I called to reschedule my appointment because of work. They had no appointments available that would work with my schedule so I asked for my appointment to be canceled. Then they proceeded to tell me that I owed $100. I asked for the statement to be emailed to me and I would talk to my husband and give them a call back about how we could take care of it. IMMEDIATELY after we got off the phone they charged my card that was on file. So the warning I received was indeed correct and we will not be returning. If you want an honest practice go elsewhere.

My first experience was last year when brings my sons, they had a wonderful visit. Staff from beginning to end were amazing. When I needed a check and cleaning they were my first thought. I felt well taken care of and informed. I think we found our family dentist

Dr. Ellis was so professional and caring! She made conversation and was very polite! She showed me my X-ray results and went over my results thoroughly, never had a dentist office do that. Meme (Hygienist) was super warming and very gentle! Very nice and she made the atmosphere inviting! She had a very great conversation and while she examined each of my teeth, she explained every single thing I needed to know in regard to my teeth health! Abby(Treatment Coordinator) she made the process nice, simple and clean! Love her professionalism and she did everything in a timely manner! Melissa(Dental Assist) I appreciated all of her help and assistance, super nice! Mary(Dentist Assist) super warming and nice made me feel very comfortable! D’Najwa(Office Manager) sorry if I messed up your name but you made the process of check out and check in so smooth and when you handed me over the remote I was shocked! So lovely! I am born and raised in Dallas Texas and just found this office from TikTok! The whole office staff is amazing and truly are good at what they do! I love the music choice as well, you will jam to your favorite tunes and get your teeth cleaned! 10/10 I recommend this dentist office! 💗
