LU-AN nails & spa

Don’t you ever go to this place if you don’t want to waste your money. I paid $50 for my 5 year old tiny nails gel paint for her toes and fingers no pedicure, no manicure just gel paint. And the paint started coming off the 2nd day. And by the time I went back on the 4th day all 10 finger nails were off. They repainted for free and not 2 days after that it started coming off again. The toes barely lasted 5days. Expensive and thrash service I wonder why they are still in service. NEVER EVER AGAIN

This was my first time here & hands down had the MOST AMAZING experience out of all the nail salons I’ve ever been to in San Diego by far!! I choose the premium pedi package which includes callus remover, salt scrub, hot feet treatment, orange & lemon slices massage across my legs 🥰 followed by a relaxing 10-15 minute leg/foot massage with moisturizing lotion that they previously generously applied, then finished with hot stones massage && they also served beverages: apple juice, orange juice, or champagne, etc.)! 🤩 Side note: Keep in mind it’s $18+ more for gel on top of spa package. I was wayyy overdue & I’m sooo glad I stopped by here after eating at the Phó restaurant next door. They were quick to seat me down & at the end of my visit, Lu-An (manager) even gave me a discount gift certificate for my sister & I whom I’ll refer! Greatly appreciate their warm welcome, friendliness, and spa-like treatment 😊 Give them a try!

I went to this salon today and had the worse experience ever . When I got there I ask for a pedicure. As I was waiting one of the ladies told me to pick a color. Them they told me my chair wax ready . I went to sit down and there was no water, when the lady came to put water she turn it on and told me to put my feet in but she was so rude , I told her the water was cold and I was going to wait for it to get warm . When the actual lady came to do my pedicure she didn’t even said hi . She didn’t ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted she just stated doing it. She had the worse attitude ever like I was her enemy . She was doing the pedicure so fast at the point I just wanted her to finish I felt so uncomfortable. They speak their language and I know they were talking about me . She did such a horrible job my nail polish look horrible and I told her if she could fix it and she did it with an attitude and even push my feet away. I had never felt so uncomfortable in any salon . I ask her if she could give me the sandals they offer when your shoes are not proper after you get a pedicure she said no I will put the shoes you have and when she put on my shoes she was so mad . My question is why was she so rude??? I don’t know her name but she had highlighted hair on the medium brown side. I will never go there again .

Walk-ins was easy, I simply signed up and they immediately took me in. I got the best French nails I’ve ever seen, they are precise and they surprisingly don’t take too long either. Their prices are by far the most reasonable I’ve seen; I had nothing to worry about. Truly dedicated workers🙏 (my hands are crooked so ignore that) The photo shows me and my sisters nail- we both had them done here at the same time.

Great service! Got my pedicure and gel x nails here everyone is so great and friendly. Lu Ann did my nails and did a great job.
