Called last minute and Lexie absolutely came through. My hair was long overdue, and after having bad experiences with my last two stylists, I was honestly hesitant. I’m so grateful I gave this salon a try — Lexie listened, delivered exactly what I needed, and restored my confidence. My hair looks and feels amazing. Safe to say I’ve found my new go-to salon. New loyal customer here!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I left the salon already unhappy with the color, but I was reassured and told to “wash it and then let us know what you think.” I followed their instructions exactly. I waited four days, washed my hair using a sulfate-free shampoo, and my hair has 5 different tones of orange mixed with yellow and a weird color brown that was obviously covered with toner. I contacted the salon and sent photos. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for not purchasing their $85 Redken shampoo, implying that unless you buy their products, the color result is not guaranteed. That is completely unacceptable. A professional color job should not turn orange after one wash with a sulfate-free shampoo. What’s even more frustrating is that they refused to fix it and are now asking me to come in for another consultation, despite the fact that: • The issue is clearly visible in photos • The color outcome is not what was promised • I followed all aftercare instructions Being pressured to buy overpriced products, then blamed when the color fails, and then denied a correction is unprofessional and disappointing. I spent $500 and my hair looks horrible. I can not walk around like this. I trusted this salon with my hair and spent good money expecting professional results. Instead, I’m left with orange hair and no accountability. I would not recommend this place unless you’re prepared to be upsold on products and take the blame if something goes wrong.
