First and last time I will ever go here. Was looking to get a pedicure for a couple weeks now. Got here and the place seemed clean. They even offered me a drink. Once I was seated my nail Emily came over and proceeded to do the most rushed pedicure I have ever experienced in my life. I went to the nail salon inside Walmart before and it was better than this. My pedicure took half the time it took for my wife's pedicure next to me. Emily rushed, skipped steps, and did the quickest polish job ever. My toes look ratchet. They are bumpy and uneven. I then waited for 40 minutes in the chair while Emily never came back to put my shoes on. I made eye contact with the manager/owner several times but he never came over to check on me. Upon paying, I explained to the owner that I was dissatisfied with my experience. He was a total jerk to me. After a lot of back and forth he eventually gave me a pathetic 10% off. My nails look like a 12 year old did them in the bathroom. Please do not come here. There are so many nail salons in Tustin better than this. 0/10. The picture barely does it justice how ratchet these nails look but you can sort of tell how bumpy and uneven the polish is. Waste of time. My only free night all week and I spent it on this. Pathetic. Please don't come here again.

I absolutely love this nail salon and can’t recommend them enough. Tina and Lyn are amazing — they’re so attentive, sweet, and always make sure everything is perfect. My fills and pedicures consistently come out flawless, and they really pay attention to every little detail. Hilton, the owner/manager, is also incredibly kind and welcoming. They’re so flexible with scheduling and even text me for appointments, which makes everything so easy and convenient. I always leave happy and feeling taken care of. The service here is consistently great and everyone is genuinely nice. Definitely the best nail place in the area! Super clean and fairly priced. Have specials and happy hour which is super budget friendly!

Everyone was very kind and patient. My nail art turned out amazing! They put my mind at ease and made it a great experience. Shout outs to Q and Hana for amazing detail.

Amazing customer service, very clean, great ambiance (quiet, and comfortable massage chairs), and my gel nails and gel toenails look fantastic :) They even give you a complimentary drink!

The salon was very clean, and they had a good playlist going! Bella did my pedicure and did a phenomenal job! She was very detailed and even got my ingrown nails. I would absolutely recommend her! I will say that for my manicure, I had to ask for a different color on my nails, as the original polish was very streaky, partly due to the color. I felt uncomfortable when one of the employees tried to tell me it was fine. She also suggested that I just choose another color to paint over the streaky nail polish, which I was not comfortable with. When they finally agreed to redo the color, my nails came out great! The 15-minute massage was also really nice! Overall, it was a good experience… just a little awkward for a second!
