Got my nails done and went to Whataburger! This is my second time getting the hard gel and it was much much better than the first. Annie was very thorough and took her time to make sure it was not too thick. Then, she added a layer of cateye and some nail stickers. Linda did the pedicure for my daughter and she was very sweet to her and made sure my daughter was comfortable because her legs couldn’t reach the water. Glad I found this spot!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Before starting, I showed an inspiration photo, confirmed the design multiple times, and the nail tech even took a photo himself and assured me he could do it. Once the appointment started, one of the nails was glued underneath my natural nail instead of properly onto the nail bed, and this issue was never corrected despite it being noticeable immediately. As the appointment continued, I repeatedly expressed that I did not like the shape, but my concerns were ignored and there was little to no communication. The set was rushed to completion and I was quickly pushed out of the chair. My boyfriend spoke with the nail tech afterward, and we were told to come back the next day to address the issues. When I returned and spoke with the manager, I was told I would have to pay for an entirely new set instead of the mistakes being corrected, despite already paying $210 for the original service. I attached photos of the inspiration versus the final result because they are clearly nowhere near the same quality, shape, or execution. I gave multiple opportunities during the appointment for corrections to be made, and I do not feel the outcome reflects the price paid or the level of professionalism expected.

Great service. Ladies were friendly and even though they were busy they were very attentive to everyone. Even those waiting. Was able to sit next to my bestie so we could talk and be together. They are the first ones I've been able to go to where I show them an inspiration Pic and they nailed it. Very calming atmosphere and the Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious. Will definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience at this salon yesterday. I came in for a simple fill—no extras, just a basic fill on medium nails. I was quoted $45, which I expected to pay.( other manos salons are 45 for a full set - no gel ) it was still pricey for just a fill. But I still wanted to give them a try because both of my sisters and mother come here. When I sat down, I asked the technician not to apply powder on my cuticles so it wouldn’t hurt as they grew out, and she told me that would cost an extra $15. I was really surprised, as I’ve never been charged for a basic pushback. On top of that, the technician was rough, pulling my hand aggressively and being rude. After the service, I was charged $55 without being informed of the extra cost. When I asked about it, they said it was because of extra shaping and polish. However, my nails didn’t change; I even had to ask twice to get the color right. I was really disappointed in the miscommunication, the high prices, and the lack of professionalism. I won’t be returning, nor my family. Before pic was that morning , I had a full set of 2 week outgrow nails no damages to any of my nails still good shape . And the before I wanted a bright red and the bulking and shaping of nails is also pretty bad. I’m really sad.

Mimi is such an amazing and lovely person!! She did amazing on my nails. If you want someone who takes there time, has great attention to detail and is great at design I recommend Mimi!!
