I’m honestly very saddened and distressed by what happened to my hair after the protein treatment I did with you last week. While you were washing my hair, I felt like something was wrong, and the next day my hair started falling out heavily from the roots. Every time I brush or touch it, more hair falls out. I also suffered burns and pain on the back of my scalp from the heat. Today I went to a dermatologist and also to a scalp specialist clinic, and they confirmed that my hair follicles are damaged. I now have medical reports documenting everything. What hurt me the most was not only what happened to my hair, but also the lack of concern and the fact that my messages were ignored when I reached out to you. I’m not someone who likes drama, hurting people, leaving bad reviews, or going toward legal issues, and you know how much love and respect I had for you. But this situation has affected me emotionally and physically, and I truly expected at least some care, concern, or explanation from you about what happened.

The reference picture I showed them and what they ended up doing to my hair. It’s been exactly 9 days since I got it done and my scalp has barely healed, though every time I brush my hair I take the scabs and looks like dandruff. Not only that but I’m losing hair too. They ruined it and tried to “fix” only to put some cheap dye that’s only continuing to fade. Took forever that I ended up missing work. Now I’m going to cut it and continue to use castor oil to heal my hair. Wish I never made that appointment. Beware they’ll curl your hair so that you can’t see their mistakes until it’s too late. Charged me $150 for that mess.

Halley gave me exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been to multiple salons asking for this chocolate red color and no one could do it. I was paying triple the amount for it to still look dark brown. Halley is so talented. Would highly recommend. And she did not use bleach. I found my new hair stylist!!
