LV Nail Lounge

(I reviewed on Yelp and forgot to review here) After two months away in Florida, I was so happy to be back at my favorite nail spot.LV Nails in San Antonio. I tried other salons while I was gone, but nothing compared. Phillip did my hands and absolutely nailed (pun intended) the pink and white ombré. He didn't say hi when I first walked in, he just demanded that I signed in. And I know he knows how because he greeted the lady who walked in about 30 seconds behind me with a smile and asked her politely to sign in. So one star taken for that, as anyone who follows me knows I'm a stickler and a fan of quality customer service, so please be consistent and treat everyone equally. Especially when I tip well every time. Daris did my pedicure and she was exceptional! She was patient, thorough, and genuinely attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout, confirmed every color choice, and took real pride in her work. That kind of care is hard to find these days. I got the pink/white ombré with a pink/white nails with French tip shellac pedicure and left feeling like myself again. If you're in San Antonio and want a nail experience that actually feels personal, LV Nails is the place. I'll keep coming back every time I'm in town.

I’ve been coming to Kathy for the past 3 times I’ve been there and I’m honestly so happy with her services each time! I normally get a gel manicure with a design and pedicure with a French tip. Kathy does the best French tips for short natural nails -IMO. Each design I’ve given to her before, she has been able to do! This time I decided to get a gel manicure with cat eye and design along with a lavender gel pedicure with cat eye and design. I will continue recommending this salon and Kathy to everyone!

Nicole was wonderful. She was so nice to talk with while getting my nails done. She listened to what I wanted my nails to look like and they look fabulous

On their website I booked two $40 Signature pedicure/60 minutes and was unknowingly charged extra for the gel polish. The pedicure lasted less than 45 minutes and the total came out to $120+. Both pedicures were unevenly shaped, some nails longer than others, heels left rough and choppy after the callous scrapper, and my skin was peeled off on the second toe of my left foot. Once my technician was done he left and I didn’t see him again, so I brought up my toe to the technician beside me and he ignored it. The reservation was at 11am and there was only one other customer when we arrived, then two more came after us. There was absolutely no need to rush us out the door.

seriously had the best experience here! I came in for a pedicure because I really needed some time to relax, and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The whole atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and it made me feel comfortable right away. My pedicure turned out amazing, and they paid so much attention to every little detail. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in a while. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and so much better than when I came in. Thank you for such great service and for making my day a little brighter! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends and family. 💗
