LV Nails & Lashes

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve had in Las Vegas. Less than 24 hours, the gel polish on my nails started peeling. I got French tips, and you can clearly see where the white polish was smeared underneath my nails from the technician trying to clean it up. The overall finish looked rushed and unprofessional. There was also an issue with one of my acrylic nails. The technician put a noticeably smaller nail on my middle finger, and I had to ask another employee to come over and confirm that it didn’t match before she finally removed and replaced it. My polish change on my toes wasn’t any better. I got gel polish on my toes, and it’s already chipping and looks terrible after less than a day. The technician also mentioned that she’d been doing nails for a long time, but unfortunately, the quality of work didn’t reflect that experience. I paid for professional service and expected my nails to last longer than 24 hours and still tipped after the horrible job. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience.

I have been getting my nails done here almost four years, starting when I first moved to Vegas! Everyone here, esp Chloe goes above and beyond each time. I have a very specific way I prefer the length (one nail is different than the rest for work purposes) and she always remembers and does it exactly the way I like it. She also gives me good ideas when I come in with no plan, and the sets last a long time - and I can be quite rough on them. A++++ highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed

I moved to LV in January of 2023 and it was so hard to find a nice go-to nail salon. I finally came across this shop, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I got my nails done by Kim first and then Chloe the second time and then Chloe ever since then. Kim was great, and so is Chloe. I just have a very bubbly personality and I clicked more with Chloe. I get my toes done here as well. I am sooooo happy I found this place—I will always highly recommend. The service is fantastic, the place is always clean and calm. I feel respected, wanted and appreciated. Also, they’re all so gentle and accommodating! I even brought my boyfriend here and he fell asleep during his pedicure. (Compliments to the service) This place is everything I could want in a nail shop. They accept Apple/Google/Tap pay as well which is SUCH a plus! Here are just some pics of my nails lately, I never take pics of my toes (I feel weird) but Chloe always gets me right!!! She does the marble kind sooooo pretty too! That’s my new go to set. Maybe I’ll try getting my lashes done next time. I’d recommend making an appointment or just calling ahead if it’s last minute but walk ins are welcomed too. My experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful! Let me tell yall something VAN got down on my nails honey, his skills are A1. Everyone’s customer service was outstanding & I felt so welcomed.Shout out to Van & Chloe:) Great Staff. 100% satisfied. I’ll definitely be back.
