What a pleasure to deal with a family shop! I felt so well cared for when I brought my EV in after being hit. Vahe took care of dealing with the insurance company, and kept me calm throughout the process. He dealt with everything except my rental car, which meant I didn't have to be involved much in the onerous claims process. For example, even though I failed to take pictures when the accident occurred, Vahe took pictures to so they could be submitted properly to the insurance company. The only snag, and M&M didn't have any control in the matter, was the fact that many of the parts were hard to get due to current global issues. I'd seen these kinds of delays with Kia car parts before, so wasn't too surprised. Vahe was always reassuring, though, and kept my car safe throughout the process. I'm so glad to have my EV back, and it works even better than before I was hit! Thank you, Vahe and M&M ... Keep up the great work!

Great communication (dealt with all the insurance back and forth on my behalf which was so helpful), gave me a great deal, my looks so much better now, and they even cleaned it for me (inside and out!).

I contacted M&M with some annoying paint transfer damage to the front and rear driver side quarter panels. Vahe replied very quickly that he was happy to look at it and I took the car in the same day. Vahe was incredibly helpful. He worked on the paint for a out 20 minutes and did not accept any payment. The paint looks SO MUCH better - see the photos. They are a family shop and have been serving folks for over 20 years. I wouls definitely go back.

I found this garage due to their good reviews, and I had a very positive experience with them. My Toyota's bumper got scratched when someone sideswiped it. The dealer quoted me $3500 to replace the bumper because everything on modern cars is electronic and needs so much disconnecting, reconnecting, and recalibrating. I got a second quote from M & M for about $2400 and they gave good advice, explained options, and offered to help just do touch up paint if I didn't end up getting the full bumper replacement. I ended up deciding not to replace the whole bumper, and I bought touch up paint and took it to M & M. They cleaned, buffed, and then applied touch up paint to the scratches, which probably took 15 min or so, and they wouldn't take any payment for it. The man who helped me was patient, thoughtful, and of course generous with his time. So the least I can do is write a good review in the hopes that others will support the business!
