Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Fort Worth

First time here, Hulen St in Fort Worth, and WOW,.if I could give more stars, I would! My daughter and I were greeted by Mrs. D (who I told my daughter looks like SZA, hehe). My daughter's appointment was at 1:30 PM, and I was on the waitlist. She wanted burgundy, even though she has jet-black roots with blonde highlights. Mrs. D explained the entire process, told Kim (the colorist) exactly what to use to get as close to that shade as possible, and made sure my daughter felt confident and excited and she was all in! After the color process, Kayla took over, washed her hair, and did a beautiful blowout. My daughter is IN LOVE with her hair. I went in to get my grays covered, and Mrs. D recommended a gorgeous brown. The way she explained everything to both of us made it clear she is extremely experienced and truly knows her craft. Then came my stylist Jiya! OMG. My wash, head massage, and styling were TOP-TIER. Bought some products. Thank you, Jiya, for explaining how to properly use the products and how often. I really appreciated that. If you want your hair color done RIGHT, a great wash, and an amazing blowout, this is the place. My daughter and I will definitely be back. Our hairs look great and feel great. THANK YOU to all these amazing ladies for the outstanding service!

I’m very happy with my experience! I came in with about six months of root growth and was ready for a complete refresh. My stylist did a wonderful job restoring my highlights and added lowlights that gave my hair beautiful, natural-looking dimension and depth. My hair looks so much healthier and more blended than it did before. The results exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this salon!

Overall it was a great experience. I typically had gone to the Southlake location. Management and staff demeanor wasn’t organized as well as intimidating unfortunately. I also would leave needing to wash my hair again due to so much residual hair dye not cleaned out. Here, I felt whoever greeted me wasn’t too friendly. I felt I received an odd look from one lady, but the other lady greeted me kindly ant least and got me settled right away and the hair dye started. The initial lady came up I think to discuss the process and came across a bit confrontational in her tone, but I clarified how my hair was and how the Southlake location handled my hair well within their policy as far as extensions are concerned. I am giving her a benefit of doubt. Sometimes people aren’t aware of facial expressions or tone, and it’s completely unintentional. The blowout was perfect by Thomas I believe who clearly is so swift like second nature with blowouts while being friendly and funny. Because the lady who colored my hair, the lady who washed my hair perfectly, and the gentleman who did an amazing blowout were so perfect, I am so happy to leave a 5 star review and come back officially as my new Madison Reed location! I live a bit away, but the service was so worth it.

Jordan was awesome great customer service my hair looks so great! And feels great, she listened to all i wanted and did beyond amazing. All the staff I encountered minus one which I never talked to was super great and friendly.. Def will be back!! I'm glad I didn't read all the negative vibes a hair bar is Def a different vibe but it was great thanks yall ❤️❤️

I was left with stripes on my head and being told in was my fault because I had been coloring my hair previously. But I was totally up front about my coloring. That’s why I was there. I needed correction coloring. My roots needed to be dealt with and wasn’t. They just didn’t know how to fix it. Told me it’s my fault. And the dark stripes are only there when my hair was wet and took pics of sides of my hair that you couldn’t see to post on their website to show my hair was fine when in fact isn’t. See pics attached. I went outside and took pics. You can see the pics!!! Are you suppose to have different colors in your hair?? They tried to make me pay for it all I still have to pay for the blow dry! The girl that colored my hair wouldn’t even respond to me when I try to talk to her. She was super rude when I left my hair looks awful.
