All her products were properly sanitized, and she changed gloves frequently, which I really appreciated. I had my very first facial treatment with Mai this month. My skin felt extremely dry and I had acne that I couldn’t remove. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. Parking was very easy and Mai’s unit was easy to find. The room was nicely lite with the smell of lavender. Mai played very soft and relaxing music as she began my facial. She used multiple types of treatments including steam, creams, facial massage and other types of products including warmed stones. After the treatment Mai offered water or tea and also some delicious little crackers. My face looked and felt wonderful. I left feeling relaxed and very happy with the outcome of my facial. I loved it so much that my husband made an appointment and loved his treatment as well. I will definitely recommend Mai to anyone that needs a wonderful facial.
