Massage Heights Buckhead

I’ve been seeing Ronny G at Massage Heights Buckhead for at least a year now, and he is seriously a 10/10 massage therapist. He always takes the time to listen to what’s bothering me and really works on the areas that need the most attention. We also connected over cycling since Ronny G is an avid outdoor cyclist and I was doing a lot of indoor cycling. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he is about exercise recovery, muscle tension, pressure points, and how tightness in one area can sometimes affect another. He does a great job of adjusting each session based on what I need that day. He’s also very consistent, which is a big reason I keep coming back. I always leave feeling like the areas that were bothering me were actually addressed. He’s professional, attentive, super knowledgeable, and just an overall great therapist. If you’re looking for someone who really listens and understands the body, I definitely recommend booking with Ronny G!

I came in for a 60 minute “deep tissue” massage, the therapist was late and ended the session early. I was very clear I had a specific area with issues and she spent very little time there, and the pressure was incredibly light. She also tried to upsell me on every possible expensive add on as well as coming back for a 90 minute massage later to address everything. When I was leaving the front desk woman tried to upsell me on a massage “membership” for $80 a month. If you don’t care about pricing or have any real issues needing to be fixed it’s great, the room was nice and tidy, and the whole experience felt very high class. If you’re going for any kind of injury or real issues, try somewhere else.

They advertise 60 minute massages, but it’s really closer to 50 minutes. I checked that carefully. The massage itself was just okay. I felt like my therapist didn’t really focus on the areas I requested, and the pressure wasn’t consistent throughout. I’ve definitely had better massages.

So pleased after my first visit to Massage Heights last month & Ronnie is a phenomenal masseuse! He applies the right amount of pressure to muscles & touch points. He targeted my many tense muscles from neck, shoulders back etc. And the …

Buyer beware. Their system deletes CONFIRMED appointments! I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule a Father's Day weekend massage for my husband on June 19, 2026 at 6:30pm. Taylor booked the appointment, discussed the process, and options for enhancements with me. I specifically requested a woman and Taylor confirmed that a female therapist would be available. I also received a text confirmation and confirmed the appointment. On the day of the appointment, we arrived 15 minutes early only to learn that the appointment was nowhere in the system. I showed the staff my confirmation, and Taylor said she would have to review the recorded call. We were then told our options were to wait two hours for a male therapist or return the next day. Since we were leaving town, we reluctantly came back later. After the massage, Taylor confirmed that she reviewed the call and verified that I had made the original appointment. Even though the mistakes was clearly theirs, no refund, credit, or accommodation was offered. I still had to use the Groupon, we lost 2 hours of our evening, and the therapist preference was not offered. I tipped the therapist because the scheduling issue was not his fault, but unfortunately, my husband was not happy with the massage itself. Overall, this was a poorly handled experience with very little accountability or concern for the customer. Without a doubt, this location is NOT recommended!
