At  Mattarello Cooking Lab , we specialize in creating a unique dining experience where you can learn how to make different types of pasta from scratch and enjoy your creations afterwards. Our menu features a variety of unique flavors, each crafted with real ingredients and a touch of culinary artistry. One of our signature dishes is the handcrafted pasta. In our pasta making class, you will learn how to make different types of pasta from scratch, such as fettuccine, spaghetti, and ravioli. After the class, you can enjoy your creations with a variety of sauces, including our homemade tomato sauce, creamy alfredo, and savory bolognese. We also offer a variety of Italian desserts, such as Tiramisu and Cannoli, which are the perfect way to end your meal. Our Tiramisu is made with espresso-dipped ladyfingers layered with a light and airy mascarpone cream. Our Cannoli are filled with a sweet, creamy filling containing ricotta. We are open from  8:00 AM to 9:00 PM  from Monday to Thursday, and from  8:00 AM to 10:30 PM  on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, we are open from  8:00 AM to 9:00 PM .
