My first time coming here and it was a fantastic experience. Very friendly staff got right into to see someone as a walk in appointment. Wing cut my hair and he did a fantastic job will definitely be going back.

LOVED my new hair color! Didn’t know what to expect honestly but Wing seems to know what I want. Out of my expectation! First time customer and returning customer for sure!

I've always had Abby and despite my being nice and tipping consistently, she was never respectful nor consistent with how my hair was cut. I'd request the same cut but every single time it was not the same as the last time she had cut my hair. This was over the course of years that I put up with it patiently. For the last number of years, I've gone to other places (korean hairdressers) who, despite us not being able to communicate directly, can cut my hair exactly as I want! It's possible other hairdressers working there are great. I've seen some of them do well but I've never personally worked with them.

The guy didn’t keep the appointment time, and not even bother to explain as he instead working on a woman’s hair which was more lucrative i suppose. Will not bother to deal with this hair dresser place again. He told me to wait another 15 …

I love Abby! I have been using her for years, but then moved to VA where I had a hard time finding a good hairdresser that understood my Asian hair. I just moved back to Austin, and a visit to see Abby was one of the first things on my list to-do's. Sometimes I have to wait a bit, but it's so well worth it. She takes so much care in getting it done right. Often times, I just ask her to cut it, with a few ideas in mind, but mainly trusting her judgement and eye. She NEVER disappoints me! I love having my hair stylist back again!
