Been here a few times and received decent care by Nurse Practitioners. The front desk has not been friendly and almost rude in the past, today was the MA who checked me in, nice lady. However, NP Dianne, was not a good listener. She spoke to me halfway out the door and was evidently shuttling down our convo!! Was in a big hurry even though it wasn’t busy as all, so there’s no reason for her to walk off. I’ve worked in healthcare all my life, practitioners don’t stand halfway out the room door like they’re walking away from your not important conversation. Didn’t ask if I had any other questions or concerns. Was literally with me for less than 5 minutes.

I went in with a GI illness where I was unable to eat or drink for more than 24 hours. I needed to try to get back to work so I asked if I could receive iv fluids and maybe just check blood to see if it was nothing more. I am not exaggerating, I spent a TOTAL of 4 minutes max with the provider where she barely asked any questions about my illness, told me that she would have to justify to insurance to give me an IV and then proceeded to look for every reason within the 4 minutes of contact to tell me what she couldn’t do for me. At which time she decided she couldn’t treat me and sent me to the ER. I proceeded to the ER where they did EXACTLY what I asked for after conducting an assessment equivalent of what a medical professional at that level should do. It cost me $2,500 to go to the ER. Ready for the KICKER!? This place still charged me the $75 copay!!! For 4 minutes of contact and one of the worst medical encounters of my life. DO NOT waste your time at this place…

Slow even when it’s empty. Rude and unprofessional staff who never introduce themselves or say their title. Roach crawling through the exam room. Awful!

Very friendly and responsive staff. Easy process - made appointment online Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment. In and out very quickly. Great new facility. Sent the correct meds, got them filled asap and I'm already feeling better! Really exceptional service and facility! 5 stars!! 🌟

I was taken in immediately when I arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was assessed by the nurse practitioner and a prescription was called in. I was able to pick the medication up on the way home and the whole process took less than an hour. I felt much better in the morning after just the first dose and have continued to improve since then. I received a follow up call from a different nurse practitioner two days later. He wanted to check on how I was feeling and to give me the results of the culture they had collected. This was a great experience.
