Overall, it wasn't the worst experience but there are definitely things that stood out to me. My appointment was with Michael so I showed up about 10 minutes early, while I was waiting someone else checked in for the same time appointment as I did also with Michael. I hoped and assumed he would reschedule that person due to the fact it was made known that he hadn't booked his appointment until that morning as opposed to my appointment that had been scheduled the week prior. Nonetheless, I wait my turn and Michael begins a brief consultation where he asks me my goals with my hair after which I give him creative freedom to set my hair up for the goals we discussed. After the consultation he washed my hair and then also set up the other gentlemen in another chair as he made it known he was now going to work on both of our haircuts at the same time. Once he began to cut my hair first it was very clear he was rushing through my haircut so he could then work on the other guy's hair and so because of this his work showed. I have seen Michael's work online and its clear he enjoys what he does and is good at it, the haircut I got that day did not reflect that and now that I've given it time to sit it it definitely shows. It's very uneven in length between either side of my head, the front of my hair has been cut in a way that is also very clearly uneven, my mustache was long so he trimmed it with the clippers and I can also see where he cut way too much off on one side compared to the other (I trim my mustache myself every single week so it's very easy to spot when something isn't lining up). I don't want to make it seem like my experience was terrible, on the contrary everyone there was very friendly and kind but it's simply the fact that because of the double booking I ended up with the short end of the stick. Nonetheless hair will regrow and all is well.

I got a men's haircut from Michael, and he did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable, listens to what you want, and delivers exactly that. I have curly hair, and he knows exactly how to work with it, which can be hard to find. He was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a great haircut.

Such a cute salon, and Lilly was very sweet and knowledgeable about her field. This place has two locations close to each other; the best part is that they have their own parking lot. The price is almost the same as in other places in Midtown. Everyone is friendly and kind. I am happy I found this place for my haircut. Thanks Lilly You will not be disappointed, must try.

I made an appointment for a haircut online and I was in and out within the specified time (which I found pleasantly surprising compared to typical hair appointments) This was my first time coming here and I had not received a proper haircut since moving to the area. Joely did an amazing job...she is very talented and professional.
