Milano Nail & Head Spa McKinney Towne Crossing

My first visit was around end of February I believe (needed to get ready for Cardi B concert in March!) I’ve been here a couple times since, I’ve loved my experiences!! Between the care (front checking in on you throughout your time, for refreshments, etc), warm neck pillow (got on my first visit), the manicurists taking their time, just fantastic!! The vibes, cleanliness, atmosphere is elevated One thing I loved most, my first visit - I had gotten my nails done (usually on get pedicures), the front/not sure if she is the manager asked how’d they come out? She looked at them and noticed a slight bump on of my nails that clearly I didn’t fully catch & asked if I wanted it fixed/or come back & fix it next day. That little interaction meant a lot 100% recommend! & will definitely be back!!

This place is wonderful. It’s so fancy looking and they have an actual drink menu and a nail color menu. The receptionist (I wish I caught her name but she had reddish hair and bangs and really cute freckles) was also fantastic! She actually looked over my nails as I was paying and caught a bump on one that I hadn’t noticed, so I was able to get that fixed before I left. Great customer service 😉 Jason and Tim were amazing! The pedi massage was so relaxing. Halfway through my pedi, as I was scrolling, I saw a pic of a pedicure that I wanted; Jason was able to pivot to it with no problems, and it turned out beautifully, so kudos for adaptability! In a happy accident, it also matched my flip flops lol. My builder gel fill was also fantastic. Tim was able to figure out what color I wanted and made it match perfectly to what I had pictured in my head. He even checked the shape and length of my nails at different angles to make sure they were even and symmetrical! Great attention to detail! The only thing I would change is getting a mani massage next time because that wasn’t included. But I’m definitely coming back and I’ll be bringing friends!

Kelvin is truly a nail magician 👏🏻 He’s kind, patient, and incredibly talented at what he does. It took me a while to find a nail tech in the area who consistently delivers this level of quality, and he never disappoints. He really listens to what you want and pays attention to every detail, which makes such a difference!!! I also highly recommend Sam for pedicures—he’s just as amazing and provides such a great experience. I’m pretty particular when it comes to my nails, and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

Great service! I was a walk in, immediately seated and taken care of. Good environment and Decorated nicely! Everyone who provided service was very kind. Alot cheaper than I initially thought it would be! I don't get my nails done often, but will definitely be coming back to this place. The last time I got my nails done, (not this location) I felt so rushed and was not listened too-- ended up being $140 for basically this same set!! It was so nice to be treated well at this location. My bill came out to $95!! Thank you Milano Nail Spa!

Kelvin did an amazing job on my nails. Incredible nail art for Fourth of July! Irma (spelling?) was a great host and constantly checked in. Would 1000% recommend! Clean, nicely furnished, friendly and great atmosphere.
