Milano Nail Spa

We absolutely love Milano Nail Spa! I have been coming here since they opened and have never tried another spot like this! The customer service is elite. Once you book your appointment you get a text message and they personally call you the day of your appointment to confirm. Danny is our go to guy and he has never disappointed us no nail design is too hard for him and he will make sure he perfects it. Henry is a standout because he makes sure your check out is impeccable stops by to talk and take photos. All the front desk ladies are so warm and welcoming. The services are amazing! Do yourself a favor and give them a chance you won't regret it!

Jenny did an absolutely wonderful job with my nails. She’s so talented it’s like she completely photo copied my inspo directly on to my nails and I couldn’t be more than happy at the outcome. I just moved here from the Katy /Cypress area and based off of the reviews, I wanted to check this place out. I've been here twice. Once for a pedicure and today I came for a refill.The ambiance is amazing. The salon is gorgeous and they are very organized and efficient. They get you in and out. I would give it five stars but there are a few things that I didn't like. I feel like because they are trying to get you in and out they can be a little rough. Their pricing is also a little higher than what I am accustomed to. They charged me for a full set when I came in for a refill. I didn't realize that until I read the receipt later on. Then they charge an additional $5 for shape when I didn't change the shape and an additional $10 when I only asked for my nails to be trimmed down a little bit. They also charge an additional $5 for "take off", which I didn't understand because I was getting a refill. I've been getting my nails done for years and I've never heard of a takeoff charge unless you're actually getting your acrylics soaked off which was not the case. I just feel like $95 for a refill without a design is crazy expensive. So besides them trying to charge you extra for every little thing, they are a nice salon. I'm going to check out other salons in the area before I come back, but I probably will return in the future.

May is phenomenal for nails, and Amy is unbelievable for pedicures. May pays the most detailed attention to ensuring your nails are quality and last. She is attentive and wants to make sure everything is perfect. Amy is also so attentive to detail, thorough, and the leg/foot massage. Oh. My. Gosh. Hands down the best massage I’ve had in my life. I’ll say it again. BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE. She truly was focused, and found countless pressure points to release stress I carry in my legs from walking. This duo is by far the best two I’ve found in my YEARS of getting my nails and toes done.

Nina is absolutely amazing! She does a fantastic job every single time, and I’m always impressed with the designs she creates. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. She’s patient, attentive, and makes sure you leave completely satisfied. The salon itself has such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work and great service!
