⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our mother-daughter nail day at Milano Nail Spa! My daughter and I had such a great time at Milano Nail Spa. The salon is huge, super clean, and has that nice luxury vibe with tons of pedicure chairs and nail stations—perfect for not feeling rushed. My daughter went with a Gel-X manicure in a bold red color with cute little gold star designs. The tech did an amazing job! The stars were precise and sparkly, everything looked salon-perfect, and her nails felt strong and natural. She paired it with a regular pedicure, and her feet came out soft and pretty. I kept it simple with a regular manicure and pedicure using my own polish color. The service was thorough, the massage felt relaxing, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted—clean, even, and shiny. The staff was friendly and attentive, the place has great parking, and we left feeling pampered and happy. Prices were reasonable for the quality, and everything held up nicely afterward. If you’re in Austin and want quality nail work with a welcoming atmosphere, definitely check out Milano Nail Spa. I had an amazing experience at Milano Nail Spa & Bar! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Annie and Lily did an incredible job and paid great attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The salon was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the customer service was top-notch. Huge shoutout to Annie and Lily for making my visit so wonderful! I will most definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Mia is incredible- very thorough and does a great job. my first time here and they run this business so well and so efficiently. They have service staff that handles a lot of things are on the background I did a walk-in and it was very fast I was surprised. I will definitely be coming back.

Holy cow this place is a factory it’s huuuuuge. Very well run though. You get drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) so i got a limoncello. You can also get a warm neck compress. Bathrooms are in the way back. 10% off for your birthday. I got my nails done w Annie and dangggg they are gorgeous!!!! She worked with me to get the design down and she’s so sweet! Booking is a process if you're a first time. You need to send a Zelle deposit which gets applied to your bill. I appreciate the multiple reminders but it kinda stressed me out to be late, i arrived 20 minutes early, lol. But then my nail person was running 7 minutes late. My nails cost $127 due to having to have 3 gel x nails put on, using gel and design. WORTH IT, because it's 2 weeks later and they are immaculate!!

The pedicure was nice and relaxing. I’m not sure I’ll be back for a manicure though. She went straight to applying the dip powder without any preparation to my cuticles or edges of my nails, so my nails already look quite grown out after only a few days and my fingers are peeling around the top because the cuticles were hit by the filing she did, but not trimmed or pushed back. They also did not seem to have any silver options besides one with giant specks of glitter, so I wasn’t able to get the color I wanted, though I like the color I ended up with just fine. The shape and length though are disappointing, considering I provided a photo of exactly what I was looking for, and my nails now look stubby since they weren’t properly prepped.
