Milano Nail Spa Elyson

This is the second time I’ve been here, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. Both experiences have left me very unhappy. The first time, I asked for the almond shape on my thumb to be shortened because it was much longer than I wanted, and there was an annoyance from the employee about my request. For my job specifically I cannot have longer nails and I did try to express that multiple times. The second time, my natural nails were already short, with two broken nails. I wanted builder gel to even them out and a very simple color. I was told this wouldn’t be possible unless I added tips. I didn’t necessarily want tips, but I was willing to do them if that was the only way to make my nails even. However, I was told they still couldn’t make them short enough to match the length of my natural nails. I know this is possible because I’ve been to several other Milano locations where they have been able to do exactly that. I do want to say that the employee who did my nails this second time was very nice, so I don’t want to take away from that. The manager was also trying to rectify the situation. However, overall, I don’t feel the customer service or quality at this location is where it should be. Unfortunately, although my nails look okay from a distance, the closer you look, the more noticeable the issues are. The clear gel top coat is uneven and appears to be pooling/clumping on every nail rather than being evenly distributed across them. For the amount of money being spent, especially considering I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, I unfortunately don’t feel like the service was worth the price. This location is only about five minutes from my home, so I was really hoping it would become my go-to Milano location. I even gave it a second chance because of the convenience. Unfortunately, I’d rather make the 40-minute drive to the Brook Hollow location because I’ve consistently had better experiences there.

I had an amazing experience! Nick and Kelly took care of me, and they were absolutely amazing. They were both so friendly, professional, and paid great attention to every detail. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend asking for Nick and Kelly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The service received here today was Excellent. Upon entering I was greeted warmly and escorted to an area to be assisted. I was dealt with patience and care while I decided what services I needed to have done.These ladies are truly a cut above the rest and I would encourage you to book your appointment today!!! Babyyyyyyyyyyyy let me tell you. This place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The service was amazing 😻 100/100. My nails and toes are absolutely gorgeous. Mimi does great work on nails and pays great attention to detail. Definitely a customer for life. Oh and the drinks….. 🍹 BOMB

Milano Nail Spa is beautiful, clean, and very professional. Adrianna did an amazing job on my nails! She pays incredible attention to detail, takes her time, and makes sure everything is perfect. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Adrianna!
