I honestly did not expect this kind of experience, especially considering the price I paid. Within just 5–6 days after my pedicure, one of my toenails had already fallen off by two-thirds. For a service that was not cheap, this is completely unacceptable. On top of that, during the appointment, one of the staff members accidentally cut my toe while trimming. There was quite a lot of bleeding (I even took photos), but I chose not to complain at the time. Because I was busy and do not live nearby, I could not return immediately. Around two weeks later (approximately day 14), when I happened to be in the area, I went back to explain the situation. Their first response was that I was already past the one-week repair policy, and if I wanted it fixed, I would need to pay again. I made it very clear that I did not want a repair — I wanted a refund. The nail had already started falling off the week after the service, and I simply did not have time to travel all the way back for a single toe repair. After I explained everything, they offered to fix it for free, but that completely misses the point. I declined. The staff member then said he would speak with his manager and call me later. I never received any follow-up call. What kind of service is this? Paying a premium price should come with professional quality and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint.

The outstanding customer service set the tone for my visit. I was paired with a talented young man who did a fantastic job on my pedicure. He took his time and paid great attention to detail, creating a wonderfully relaxing experience that I desperately needed after a long day at the office. A special shout out to Wendy, who truly exceeded my expectations. I showed her an inspiration photo for 3-D nails, and she "nailed it" perfectly! I was amazed at how quickly she performed such intricate work while ensuring every detail was just right. Wendy also provided a thorough quote upfront, which eliminated any surprises regarding pricing. Her thoughtful approach included asking questions and strategizing with me, making sure I received exactly what I wanted. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, frequently refilling my green tea and checking in on my satisfaction throughout my visit. This salon has completely won me over, and I will undoubtedly make it my go-to place every time I'm in Houston. Highly recommended!

Linda did a great job on my French tips. Everyone was very nice. You get a consultation with your artist before hand they’re very transparent with their pricing so you know how much you’ll pay before hand which I appreciate. I liked that she cleaned up my cuticles pretty well, which is hard to find in a nail artist. Can’t wait to go for a refill.
