Milano Nail Spa Richmond

I went as a walk in yesterday. Clean, welcoming and valued my time. Helen was detailed and gentle…very gentle. I needed a deep cleaning (under the nail bed, a good scrub and shaping). She did it all, just not as intense. She shaped me and painted me to perfection. Will definitely come back with family and friends. Oh and the mocktail was delicious.

i had an amazing experience here! i got a manicure done by Duy, and a pedicure done by Sarah! both of them were so nice and attentive. i had an idea of what i wanted and i showed some references, and Duy created that into something better! i felt very heard and i really appreciated they both worked with me in order to get what i wanted. they offer a variety of drinks, and i got the coffee. it was amazing. this is definitely the best experience ive had at a nail salon in a very long time. thank you all for everything!

This is a beautiful new salon! From the moment you walk in a nice floral scent greets you followed by the welcoming staff. The area feels spacious, feminine with touches of glamour and calming spa music. The abundant selection of nail colors and types are to your left, and manicure section to your right with the checkout counter and bar separating the two. The individual pedicure "suites" hold about 8 seats per suit and there are chargers all around if needed to charge your phone. Prices are not inflated even though this is a new salon. They're in the average range and the prices offer something for every budget! They also have a Princess Spa package for kids for a mani pedi at about $30-$35. Lucy did a great job on my pedicure. She was very focused and detailed and I didn't feel rushed at all!! I hate that I didn't get the ladies name who did my daughter's mani/pedicure, but she did a great job as well!! This is definitely a place to visit and it might become your new fave like it's become ours!

Love this gorgeous nail salon. It's beautiful and clean. Drink menu has many options. It's such a great spot to treat ourselves. Definitely come again. New customer has a Pomo!!!

I came here for a pedicure, and Ms. Michelle absolutely delivered an amazing experience. She pays close attention to every detail and gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. The salon is very clean, professional, and welcoming. Their drink menu was delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a little escape from the busy crowds out there, I highly recommend stopping by and checking this place out.
