The office is located in a nice Kroger shopping center on Texas Highway 6 South and quite easy to find. The customer service was very responsive with fair prices and many options to choose. I am very happy with Minh Le, State Farm Insurance Agent and Manager for her excellent care. Highly recommended.

I have an issue to exclusive one of the driver from my policy , and to renew my auto insurance. I called and spoke to Ms. Minh Lê, she sent me the old exclusive form with the effective date was in 2024. I let her know that the form is so old, the date was wrong. Ms. Minh Lê said she will call Statefarm and will takes care of it. She never called me to update. I called her office after a week, she was out of town. Her staff, Ms. Hương or Tammy said will let her know when she is back. I waited for a 2nd week, then 3rd week. I spoke to her since 6/20/25, but never heard from her. I keep waiting again. At that time, I also want to cancel policy for one of my vehicle. I asked Ms.Tammy to help. Although we both speak Vietnamese, she doesn't understand what I need. She was driving me crazy. Finally, I spoke to her staff, Ms. Marcela Villalta. She helps me from A to Z. She solves the problem quickly, easily and friendly. I give 5 star to Ms. Marcela Villalta, but only 2 star for the office. If insurance agencies worked like Ms. Villalta, life is great, but reality, they are very bad bad customer service.
