I has to pick a star (my choice would be Big Red Negative, RUN the other way star) to be able to leave a review. My family and friend used (now we go to KIM DUNG Jewelry) to go there, I brought several items from this place. One day, I took my engagement ring there (it was brought from there, still have receipt) to ask for price quote ONLY, how much it will cost to repair one lose tiny princesses cut diamond. The mom, took my ring to the back room, an hour later, she said " wait OK?" I try to leave cuz, I have a 3 year old son with me, she would stop me. Come to find out, she did not understand price quote means, all those time she was waiting for her son in law and her daughter to shows up, and fix my ring. Hours went by, my ring has ALREADY been fix. I was there total of 4 hours(with tired, hungry child) and my ring doesn't look right, metal is bent, where he had to insert diamond, and that missing diamond doesn't look like the rest of other small pieces. I asked the daughter, who speak fluent English, that the shape is different from the others. She said, "no", its the same, and your cost for repair is $110. So, my $4K ring looks like $5.00 ring from a machine. I was so pissed. I told all my family, friends, anyone I know in the community about their BAD service at MING NGOC. They told me to get my diamond check/tested to make sure, it DIDN'T GET CHANGE OUT /REPLACED with fake crystal. MING NGOC is a rip off, I am so sick to my stomach when ever look at engagement / wedding ring, it reminded me how those people did. How do they sleep at night?

Nice Jewerly and all but very expense..went to buy a nicklace and pendent 18K cost me 1500 cash I ask if she could gave me a good deal since my mom and family member always come buy gold here 22K 24K..She said No - it already good price - It's like u can't get a good deal here - because she want all the vaule in gold - my family come here since she and her husband open up - I wasn't asking to lower more just another 20 maybe but she still said No !!! My famiy stop coming here now - Her gold always up even if the gold vaule right now is low she would said oh gold to high right now Really ? And she get all her gold from hong kong ...m.....???.....Sometime I dont no if it real are plated with copper ...m...dont No just wondering my 1500 nicklace and pendent look soooo yellow I thought 18k the color is like simpler to a 14k gold ...m....

If buying high caratage gold jewelry, beware of the 24-carat gold double-talk. I bought an almost 2-ounce gold necklace from them in 1993 when gold was worth a lot less. I was told the necklace was 24-carat, which means 100% gold. I just took it back in to reap the rewards of gold being worth so much more now and was told BOTH that "yes, it's 24-carat" and in practically the same breath "it's not pure gold because when we make it into jewelry we have to mix in a little other stuff.....but, yes, it's 24-carat." It both IS and is NOT 24-carat! Be very careful that you understand EXACTLY what purity of gold you are getting, if that's even possible buying from these people. If they tell you it's "24-carat", don't expect you are getting pure gold. Only pure gold is 24-carat.

The best jewelry store and the owner of the store was very honest . I started brought my jewelry from them since 1987 till now .
