Just 2-3 weeks after getting sew in extensions move up here with Wendy, my edges are lifting and sticking out - not just one row, but 2 of my 3 rows is unraveling. The toner put in my hair seems to have quickly faded and does not match my hair well any more. Considering that this is the most I have paid for an extension move up and tone - $600 without tip, 40% more than other salons I have been to - I am extremely disappointed. No comment was made about blending my hair or bangs, which I see now could use work (maybe it is up to me to ask for this, but I would also hope my stylist is paying attention?). I do not live in SF, so I cannot return to this salon to get this disappointing hair job fixed and instead have to pay to get it completely redone in another city. On the bonus side, Scheduling and servicing was easy and the studio was nice and accommodating.

[Update]: They reached out very kindly offering to help fixing my issue(s). Thanks to Kerrin and team. Kerrin was great to talk to. However, she did not give me style or results I was looking for. I asked about bangs and the hair cut + style looked good only right out of the salon. I also mentioned that I usually wear my hair straight but the layers on my hair (after styling it the same way) at home were so disproportionate and had only two discrete levels with the bottom layer being super thinned out. I ended up looking like I have a trapper hat on 24/7 with a mushroom haircut on top and long thinned hair in the back/bottom. It looks like I now have a bob but also random hair in the back that was left out?? Other than this, I also got the deep conditioning treatment - the products were top notch and great quality (Kerastase) but towards the end I had huge flakes on my scalp? I don’t know if it didn’t suit my scalp or if the product wasn’t washed out properly. FYI- I do not have a sensitive scalp. Overall - good “experience” and friendly staff, but not worth the $$ for me

I had such a great experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Karin was absolutely amazing , she really listened to what I wanted and gave her honest, professional opinion, which I appreciated so much. She paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. My hair turned out even better than I imagined it looks healthy, fresh, and beautifully styled. You can tell Karin truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for her!

That’s why my third visit in this salon I was worried the first time, but Karin was very friendly very nice and I very professional, and on the top of it very very fast. . I had my hair done by other hairdresser in the past that took Way longer and it wasn’t as good. I’m very satisfied with how fair was the pricing of the services and how easy is to actually book an appointment with their booking system. I would recommend this salon to my friends and family.

Kerrin is seriously the best colorist I've ever been to! I went in wanting all over blond with softer root shadow She listened so carefully, showed me realistic photo examples, mixed the most perfect toned-up blonde, and the cut is so soft and blended. My hair feels healthy, not fried. Booking with on the website was great I will be back again in a heartbeat!
