‼️BEWARE‼️ ‼️UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS, THIEVES AND SCAMMERS ARE AT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS‼️ ⚠️ I called this company last Friday, April 10, 2026, the mechanic that came out to do the diagnostic was very unprofessional and untrustworthy. He did not hook my car up to an OBD scanner at all, he just asked me to try and start my engine. Immediately, he said, and I quote, “Oh! Your fuel pump needs to be replaced.” Obviously, he’s been running scams with this company for years because I was totally bamboozled and fell for “the banana in the tailpipe” when I know for a fact that the first step should’ve been for Juan, the mobile mechanic that was sent to my house, to scan my car for any error codes with an OBD Scanner. He was a fast talking con artist. He gave me an invoice with the total amount due for labor, parts and diagnostic fee. I agreed and paid the complete total due that was listed on his invoice. When he arrived today, he did the work that I paid him for and my car still doesn’t work. This is when he decided to finally scan my vehicle for error codes with the OBD reader and realized that the ECU system in my car was shot. Now, had he done that on day one, I would have had the computer system in my car repaired…my fuel pump probably didn’t even need to be replaced! But here’s the kicker, after installing the fuel pump, this scamming joker of a crook, tried to get more money out of me for the part he’d just installed when it was already listed on the invoice that I signed and paid in totality two days prior to him doing any work on my vehicle. Use my experience as a cautionary tale, PLEASE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE A SINGLE MOTHER‼️THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY SCAMMERS, CON ARTISTS, LIARS, CROOKS AND ONE OF THEM GO BY THE NAME, LARRY AND THE MECHANICS THAT WORK FOR THEM ARE THE SAME WAY IF NOT WORSE‼️ ‼️STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE ‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I had them come out because my car was making a vibrating sound while sitting at a red light. Juan came out and in matter of minutes said the transmission and motor mounts needed to be replaced. Also paid $88 out front. He then left as fast as he could and won't return my calls. All the office did was keep saying thank you and won't even fix my car or refu d the $88. I will be filling a fraud claim with my bank as soon as the transaction posts. This is the biggest scam on earth

0/5 Stars Extremely Unsafe, Unethical, and Unprofessional Experience normally do not leave reviews, but my experience with Mobile Mechanic FPF / Mobile Mechanic Plus absolutely requires a warning to others. I towed my car to this shop in an urgent need to diagnose my car to get repairs. I was even promised same day repair if necessary and that my car was in good hands. What I received instead was unauthorized repairs, misdiagnosis, unsafe work, poor communication, and serious damage to my vehicle. What actually happened: • I clearly told the mechanic not to remove any parts and to provide diagnostic test results before doing anything. • They ignored that, removed my wheels, removed my starter, and opened parts of my engine without my permission. • They kept my car 4½ days, missing every promised completion time. • During multiple visits, both mechanics were drinking Heineken beers while working on my car. • My car was returned still not starting, and they could only crank it using a bypass tool. • They refused to release my car unless I paid $420 for labor I did not approve and a starter I did not authorize. • The next morning, my wheel fell off while turning — extremely dangerous and directly due to their improper installation. • A different mechanic tested my original starter and confirmed my starter was never bad, meaning I was charged for a misdiagnosed and unnecessary repair. • I was also left with a new coolant leak that did not exist before they touched my vehicle. Major concerns: • Unauthorized repairs • Drinking alcohol while working on customers’ vehicles • Misdiagnosis and unnecessary part replacement • Refusing to release car without payment • Unsafe workmanship leading to a wheel falling off • No diagnostic documentation provided • Inconsistent or hostile communication • “Lifetime warranty” on the starter with no proof or paperwork I have already filed complaints with: • Texas Attorney General • Texas DMV/TDLR • Better Business Bureau I am also preparing a small-claims case because the negligence in this situation was unacceptable and dangerous. If you value your money, time, safety, or your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

Zero stars if I could. Had them quote us for repairs and we specifically told Juan what was wrong since we had had an inspection done already. Quoted us a price (reasonable) to start, BUT had to take the car to the shop, paid in full and all the work wasn’t complete. Daughter went back the next day to get the car aligned cause the car felt worse and they told her to go in and the car had a sound as if it was dragging something. Said the car needed new tires, couldn’t align it like that. We got new tires. Then, I took a day off cause this was crazy, stayed at the shop 6hrs for the alignment. Still needed a coolant part to be replaced. Juan said he would be at my job the next day to do that. The car still had the dragging sound. Got home and the under panel (whatever it’s called) was lose and that’s what was dragging (I put pictures). Told Juan about this and he said that happens with these cars, but he would screw it on for whatever I wanted to give him. WHAT!!? If he worked on the suspension, he obviously took it off and should have put it back the way it was. My husband had to screw it on so I didn’t have to drive to work like that. Anyway, I let it go, but he didn’t show to replace the part for the coolant the next day. Didn’t answer calls or texts after he told me he was at court and would call me back, I drove to the shop again and they said he was at lunch, another guy said he was picking up parts. Called him about 15 times after work and nothing. Next day I called, he came to replace the part finally, but still wanted to charge me another $89!!! No Sir we asked for a quote for everything. NEVER USING HIM AGAIN. I give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is way too much. I should have known when I saw another client call the cops on him when I was there. I’m so upset at this.

Car has been there for a week and still wasn’t fixed. I still paid for part and labor. After I drove off the tire came off due them not screwing the bolts on all the way. Please shut this place down!
