I discovered MOC Beauty today through an Instagram ad and decided to book an appointment on a whim and what a fantastic decision that turned out to be! I was in a self-care mood and treated myself to the Scalp & Soul Treatment, and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Sunny took exceptional care of me, and I felt completely pampered throughout the entire visit. The massage alone was worth the appointment, relaxing, therapeutic, and such a treat. Combined with the scalp treatment, it felt like a truly immersive, full-body relaxation experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and feel genuinely cared for, I can't recommend MOC Beauty highly enough. I'll definitely be back!

I saw Kelly earlier this week for a scalp treatment first one ever and it was a life changing experience. I’ve never felt relaxation to that level before. And my skin looks better than it has in years. Been recommending them to everyone now. More than worth a visit.

I’ve been coming to MOC BEAUTY Scalp Spa for a while now, and I always have great experience! I originally started for scalp treatments and facials, and later added acne facial treatments and extractions to my routine. I can genuinely see a big improvement in my skin since ever since I started coming here! I usually get my acne facial treatments with Kelly, and she always takes great care of my skin! For scalp treatments and massages, I go to Quyn, and it’s always so relaxing and leave me feeling refreshed. 💕 For the quality of the treatments, service, and overall experience, I honestly think their prices are very reasonable. I’ve been here many times already and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend! 🥰

The best experience I’ve ever had! Heidi gave me the best scalp massage, facial, and ultimate TLC it was exactly what I needed. 11/10 will be returning as soon as possible! I even got tea afterwards and took home a gift since it’s the holidays, felt very seen and welcome here :)

Really disappointed. I had booked this experience for my birthday with my fiancé because I had been wanting to try one for a while & it was honestly anything but relaxing & was actually quite painful. Before I get into the negatives, I will say there was some definite positives! My hair feels softer, cleaner & the massage they gave on my shoulders & neck was phenomenal which is the only reason I tipped what I did & because the ladies were very nice. However, my scalp treatment was very rough & abrasive 98% of the time. It literally felt like her nails were cutting my scalp. I wanted to say something but didn’t want to seem rude & thought it would maybe just be for a fraction of the time because maybe she was doing it because my scalp had buildup or something, but no. It was pretty much the entirety of my experience. I also have very curly hair & when they were blow drying it the dryer was so hot it felt like it was burning my scalp & they left my hair frizzy & looked like a blonde ball of fluff & an absolute mess to where I had to stop & BUY A STRAIGHTENER at the goodwill nearby & straighten my curls out in my car because I was embarrassed by how insane my hair looked so I could finish everything I have to do today. Aside from all of that, the place had random stuff scattered everywhere & was a complete mess. I was worried about anything being sanitary. Alongside that, the lady doing my fiancés scalp treatment was clearly sick or had very intense allergies the entirety of the time & was quite literally hacking snot so even if I did manage to get a gently massage, it still wouldn’t have been relaxing. Lastly, it was quite obvious they were talking about us & laughing. That alongside the blatant disregard for sanitation practices, is just absolutely disgusting & unprofessional. Absolutely not going back & I strongly advise anyone reading this to choose somewhere else.
