Molly's Custom Silver

Welp not the review I wanted to continue. But I was super excited to order from this company after seeing it on TikTok and all the outstanding comments. I ordered on 10/10/2025. It would have arrived on time if not due to USPS shipping it elsewhere, which was not on Molly's end. But what was on there end was them not shipping half of my paid-for order, and how it was shipped when I received it. Pictures attached will show what makes me not want to order anything else from this company. The level of care is not given when shipping is crazy. If it scuffed the small item, I can't imagine what that could've looked like as a buckle and receiving one damaged. I called them on 10/23/2025 and spoke with the customer service representative, who is amazing and takes her time trying to make heads or tails out of what happened. She is really amazing every time I speak with her. But she claimed they would overnight me the second part of my order, which was a chain to complete the order by Tuesday, 10/28/2025. They instead had only printed the other. And did not ship it until 10/28/2025 putting it way behind. I receive no tracking, no email, no nothing, just a complete space from Molly's themselves. So I called again on 10/28/2025, and they claimed it was shipped, but they had no clue how they shipped it. They also did NOT ship it overnight as they promised, which means more than likely to lose it or receive it damaged, again. Again, the customer service representative is outstanding, and honestly, whatever you pay her, it needs to be doubled because while these mistakes are not on her end but the company's end themselves she goes above and beyond to help tend to the issues. Finally received the 2nd part of my package on. 11/1/2025 which is way after if it had been over nighted as promised. If it wasn't for the customer service representative who had helped 2 times, both times I had called. I would more than likely look elsewhere to get our wedding buckles made. But I am going to assume if l add the details like she described onto my shipping notes, and order it way in advance to hope I get my order on time, we will be all good in the future. But just in general the lack of communication and other things, quality to details in shipping make or break it for me. The quality of the cowtag I had ordered was not the issue at all. Besides how it was shipped, out of the package and seemed thrown in there (can happen because of shipping), but it was not secured in its packaging from Molly's themselves. But ordering from them was easy, it was a quick process, and pretty much an easy walk through to finding what I wanted and the pricing guides. They also like to delete review about the truth. Paid reviews from Molly’s, we may never order here again honestly very very disappointed!.

The whole process from design to shipping was nothing less than dozens of examples of the entire team exceeding my expectations. The attitude of selfless customer service, the level of communication and professionalism, and the final product were all amazing. What a blessing. Now, we just have to wait until our FFA banquet to present these to our national award wining team. Thank you, Molly’s for a great experience. Y’all rock! Colossians 3:17!

My buckle came out exactly how I designed it. My custom brand came out perfectly on it. Being able to follow the progress of the buckle status was nice. I felt the price was very well worth it. Will definitely have more buckles made by Molly's

During the holiday season, I purchased a custom belt buckle for an end-of-January birthday, and the timeline was tight. The customer service department handled it perfectly and kept me updated on the progress. They were absolutely wonderful! I received the buckle in time for the birthday and it made a 15 year old very, very happy. I can't say enought good things about this company. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
