Moncheri Nails Lounge

One of the best manicures I’ve had in a long time! I went in for a Russian manicure and Ellie was honest and advised me to get a different service (builder gel). She has incredible attention to detail, they are so sweet, offer you cocktails or coffee, and the place itself is super clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Moncheri since before their grand opening. In the beginning, the salon stood out for its attention to detail, customer service, and commitment to quality. Unfortunately, over the past nine months, I’ve noticed a significant decline in all three areas. The atmosphere has become noticeably less clean and polished, and the front desk experience often feels disorganized. On multiple occasions, staff have seemed unaware of scheduled appointments or which technician clients were assigned to. The quality of the nail art has also become increasingly inconsistent. Today, I received a gel manicure with chrome accents. While the result was acceptable, it was nowhere near the level of detail shown in the reference photo I provided. Despite that, it was the most expensive manicure I’ve ever received, and I previously was getting my nails done in New York. I’ve found that Moncheri frequently assures clients they can replicate Pinterest-inspired nail art, but in my experience they significantly underdeliver about half the time. I was also disappointed by how rough the nail technician was with my skin and nails during the service, which made the appointment uncomfortable. I genuinely wanted Moncheri to be my long-term nail salon, and I’ve continued giving them opportunities because of how much I enjoyed my earlier experiences there. Unfortunately, after multiple disappointing visits, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. Less than 24 hours later, the chrome is already coming off. I’ve also attached the Pinterest reference photo for comparison. The price would be easier to justify if the nail art and overall application reflected the quality being charged for. Unfortunately, the final result was significantly less detailed than the reference image, and now the chrome is already peeling after less than a day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I treated myself to a pedicure at Mon Chéri Nails Lounge before my graduation, and it was one of the best self-care experiences I've ever had. Everything about this salon feels luxurious, from the beautiful upscale décor to the warm, welcoming staff. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary mimosa, which made the experience feel even more special. The massage chairs were incredibly relaxing, the pedicure was absolutely flawless, and every staff member was attentive and professional. Even the restroom was impressive, complete with a luxury bidet toilet it's clear they pay attention to every detail. If you're looking for more than just a nail appointment, this is the place. Mon Chéri Nails Lounge creates a true spa-like experience where you can relax, unwind, and leave feeling refreshed. It was the perfect way to celebrate before my graduation, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I had a classic pedicure from Kim and must say, I’m from LA and she gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Looked beautiful and my cuticles have never looked so clean! Her foot massage was also fantastic. Chair was super comfortable and they gave you complimentary cocktails! That was a first too! Pretty and bright decor, large place. All the stars!

This place is adorable. I got the basic pedicure and my nails were immaculate. The nail technician was friendly and assisted me with ease. The pedicure massage was soothing. Two great drinks per guest included 10/10 would come again.
