Motor Medicine LLC - Honda & Acura Repair Specialists

Neil did a amazing job installing my aftermarket brake rotors and pads and my bumper trim for my RDX! I highly recommend him for anything Acura related and for any other Japanese car brands!

Neil and Autumn were wonderful to work with! Neil is very knowledgeable and worked WITH me on deciding the best course of action for my vehicle’s repairs and maintenance. It was a much nicer experience than working with the dealership. Neil really went above and beyond to make sure that the repair was successful and that I was satisfied. This is a great small business to support and I will use them again in the future.

I had a great experience with Neil from the time I called to get a quote. He is very professional and does what he says. His work is by far the best I e seen from a mobile mechanic. He replaced my struts and front breaks in a timely manner and everything is working great, no more bounce. Thank you Neil for making my car safe for my kids and family, will definitely be working with Neil again and would refer him to anyone.

We had one of those situations with our 2006 CRV where it's difficult to decide whether or not to put a bunch of money into a car and keep it going, or throw in the towel and go shopping for a replacement. We opted for the former, mainly because it's been a great car for us and also it's a stick shift, last of its kind. Our other general-purpose shop told us that the engine was shot based on their interpretation of a compression test, but Neil investigated the situation to a higher level of detail and found that this was not the case. It did need some pretty deep engine work, the valves rebuilt, etc. And as is so often the case with this type of a job, things snowballed on us a little -- but not excessively so, and every new wrinkle was handled with total professionalism by Neil and Autumn. His intricate understanding of this car and attention to detail were exactly what this job needed, and the whole experience felt to us like we were all on a team together working through a complex problem. In the end Neil threw in a bunch of extra little details (new power steering fluid, belt replacement, etc.) that he kindly didn't even charge us for. Our '06 is now running like it's new again and appears good to go for another 100K. We'll gladly go back to Neil if anything else should arise.

I brought my RSX Type S in due to an ongoing AC issue that 2 other indy shops couldn't pinpoint. Well Neil found the issue and got my A/C blowing super cold again. He's definitely knowledgeable about Honda/Acuras. He also found another issue with one of my rear brakes that he let me know about. Autumn communicated with me throughout the process and kept me updated which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this shop. I'll only bring my RSX here.
