Reported stock sales wrong every single year since 2018 and failed to report stock sales completely for 2 years. As a result, I overpaid thousands in taxes, one return was audited and a levy is about to placed on my pay, and another was rejected multiple times and never fixed. The IRS had to fill in missing stock data with zero cost basis, making my income look inflated and triggering a $25K tax bill. Even after receiving an IRS letter himself, Moises did nothing. He kept blaming me, saying I didn’t provide documents — but I have screenshots and proof that I did. He ignored the issue for months and missed the window to amend the return. I eventually took a tax class, reviewed all returns myself, and found every one of them was done wrong. I gave him a detailed breakdown of his mistakes — and he’s still dodging responsibility. He cost me serious money and still hasn’t addressed the audit from over a year ago. I’m not letting this slide.

He simply uploaded documents to the software and let it run, doesn't review anything, has cost me thousands for filing multiple wrong returns, neglected to address issues that the IRS reported directly to him, keeps trying to push the blame on me lying that I didn't provide the documents needed when I have proof that I did, revoked my access to the portal to prevent me form gathering evidence of documents shared and of his neglect to address the issue, hung up the phone on me multiple occasions trying to gaslight me to just be happy he will fix ONE return after over a year of ignoring the issues, refuses to take accountability and explain why he filed so many wrong returns. I'm reporting him to the IRS with Form Form 14157 and suing him for full refund of all my returns and all the refunds the IRS applied to tax owed for the returns he filed wrong and my wages were inflated. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS

I've been going to MTS for the last couple of years, Moises has been great. When I moved out of state he was still able to assist me with the new state laws and got me all the credits with buying my home. He has always answered any and all of my many questions professionally.

My mom did her taxes with this man once and never went back. He was unprofessional and unhelpful, and now she’s getting IRS letters because he filed incorrect information. He’s offered no help or accountability, and she’s now having to pay attorney fees to fix HIS mistake. This was just from one year, imagine the damage from going to him longer.

This company is completely unprofessional and should be avoided at all cost. He would give us complete attitude and use unprofessional and vulgar language. He purposely put false information in our tax returns and even refused to provide our documents back to us. When trying to get our paperwork back, he asked that we meet at his office on a Saturday between a certain time. Of which the owner no-showed and wouldn't even answer our calls. This man, Moises(the owner) is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever had to deal with. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. The owners response is complete and utter b.s. below. I have reported his tax information and business to the BBB, which he never responded to, and to the IRS. Once again avoid this place of business. This man is reckless and I would not trust him with anyone's information.
