Wait time in lobby less than 5 minutes. Jessica came out to get me and we did the weight thing and onto the exam room. She listened to some complaints and concerns I had and as usual was very supportive👍🏼 then into my vitals and med list. She left and Dr Iversen came in. He had some notes from Jess, asked me about my pain levels and we discussed changing a medication. He talked to me about lab results and new labs he wanted me to do. I have some medical procedures coming up and he arranged for me to see him a couple weeks after those are done and to checkup regarding new meds. I have 100% trust in Dr Iversen and Jessica. They absolutely care!

Very impressive 1st new patient visit @ this clinic. Everyone was so nice & welcoming from check in to departure. The ladies @ reception were totally helpful. A 3 minute wait before the MA came for me. She took my vitals effortlessly with a smile & conversation. Dr. Bell was very reassuring and asked if I needed any care for any of my ailments. I really felt better about my choice of this new clinic. He agrees with my medications & liked my labs. We're off and running feeling confident in my medical care here @ Multicare.

I was taken back to a room within 2 minutes of checking in at front desk. Dr Skoretz came in shortly there after. She was terrific! Smart, personable and thorough. I am looking forward to having her as my primary care for many years to come.

Everything was fantastic. I am a new patient. I felt so welcomed and having the lab right there is very helpful. DR.GORE was so patient and answered all my questions. I understand they have to keep appointments on time. We focused on what's most important and I will come back. I waited months for first appointment 2nd was scheduled right away. Drs here have been great every visit I’ve had unfortunately, the front desk staff could use some extra training multiple times have been told I didn’t have an appointment only because the girl entering birthdate or last name isn’t putting in the information correctly. Then this morning a desk staff member did not show her best side of customer service. Doctors are great, but make sure front desk has correct information. also would like to add if patients are supposed to get information off all of the Printed information they have plastered on the walls everywhere they need to walk us slower down the hallway so we have time to read all of them
