Munich West Inc

I drive a 2010 SAAB 9-3 sedan: no matter how well a car is maintained, Time will degrade seals and gaskets: the A/C compressor needed to be replaced -- leaking refrigerant -- and MW did a great job: New compressor, and the A/C runs like new. Steve & Co. are terrific. And the 2 yr/24K mile warranty on the work sealed the deal. To fellow SAAB owners (or other brands): this is the place. G. Norman

I’ve been taking my BMW to Munich West for several years. Steve is always friendly and honest. And the service is excellent! I highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with Munich West for at least 15+ years. They are expert at what they do which is to say; they have rarely gotten their diagnosis wrong for my 1987 325i Convertible. I usually deal with Steve, who is the upfront person who cultivates personal relationships with clients. In doing so, Steve gains a comprehensive knowledge of your vehicle. I consider the service that I receive from Munich West to be light years above what you will typically find at an authorized BMW dealer. In short, the service is personalized. And when you own an older model BMW, Volvo, VW or other premium vehicle, that personalized level of service is priceless. I have enjoyed my relationship with Munich West so much that I've convinced my wife to allow them to service her 2009 BMW 328i Convertible (formally serviced by Nalley BMW of Decatur). The quality of service is light years ahead of the latter. I will continue to rely on Munich West in the years to come. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to cultivate a lasting personalized auto service relationship which offers professionalism and competitive pricing for their vehicle(s).

We’ve used Munich West for multiple vehicles for close to 10 years now for oil changes for minor repairs for major engine work whenever needed on our BMWs in our Audi’s and have not been disappointed once

when my mechanic closed up shop i stumbled on Munich near my place of employment. They were a God sent. They have been working on my Mini Cooper and BMW fir the past two years. I've been happy with the cost or repair, the work has been good, the service awesome and the staff professional. I would go anywhere else and recommend you try them.
