My Cypress Mechanic

I took my Chevy Traverse here for a transmission mount issue and my oil change. The service tech gave me an eta and provided me updates along the way. I just picked it up and feels like driving a brand new car again! Thank you MCM, will tell all my family and friends I finally found a good trustworthy mechanic in Cypress!!!

I have a 2011 Chevy Traverse. Came in because my car wasn't starting. Scott charged for an electrical diagnosis to see what could be the problem. They determined it was ignition lock cylinder. They got it changed and the car started nicely but didn't seem to drive the same. He told me to bring it back and they fixed that problem and now I'm back on the road. It did take a few days but that is to be expected for most extensive vehicle repairs, especially on older model cars.

my car was leaking oil and i brought it to my cypress mechanic, they took care of it and i had my car back faster than i expected. Great service and friendly staff. I recommend my cypress mechanic.

I took my Chevy Traverse here to check my ac. It was not blowing cold air and was also making a noise. I dropped it off for a few hours and when I picked it up, my ac was blowing ice cold, and still is! Which you definitely need living in the Cypress/Houston area. All of the workers were very nice and informative, I paid a reasonable price. I will be a returning costumer and will definitely recommend a friend or family member Update: My car left side sounded like it was squeaking, I took my car in to see what’s wrong. I broke my transmission bracket (I may or may not have hit a curb a lil to hard heheh) they took great care of me and my car again and fixed the problem within a reasonable time.

I had been putting off replacing my transmission mount for a while because I thought it would take most of the day and be a huge hassle. When I finally decided to get it done, I was honestly shocked by how fast everything went. They had my car repaired in about two hours, which was way quicker than I ever expected. The best part is that they didn't just work fast—they did the job right. My car drives so much smoother now, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the whole process stress-free. It's hard to find an honest shop that does quality work without wasting your time, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll absolutely be coming back for any future repairs and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy mechanics. Thank you guys again!
