Traumatizing Experience After Being a Loyal Customer!! I’ve been to NT Hair & Nails Salon three times now, and my previous visits were good. Unfortunately, today’s experience was so shocking that I will never return. The tech who did my nails was pleasant at first, but everything changed the moment I calmly told her that I didn’t like the final result. The nails looked nothing like the inspiration photo I showed her. When I voiced that I wasn’t satisfied and was open to switching to a simple solid color instead, she became argumentative and dismissive. It escalated to the point where she threatened to call the cops and insinuated that I planned to run out without paying , despite the fact that I repeatedly told her I would pay once the service reflected something I actually liked. I remained levelheaded the entire time, while she raised her voice and insisted I “just pay and leave.” Being treated like a criminal because I expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the service was disturbing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. This experience was traumatizing, and it’s extremely disappointing considering I was a returning customer. I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to be aware of how they handle concerns and feedback , because the moment you’re unhappy, the treatment changes drastically. I have known the owner Tina for a long time and she is amazing. She is kind and makes sure you are taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this place to get your nails done, eyebrows and haircut for the family.

Got my hair, nails, and brows done here and honestly, 10/10. The service was top-tier, and the price? Absolute steal. Found my new go-to spot! ✨

I keep coming here trying to give this place a chance the owner did my nails today seem as though when she are doing it, she always changes the price. She adds five dollars here $10 there and it’s so frustrating when they finish my feet. They still have skin dead skin on them. They don’t do a good job at all. I don’t know why I keep coming, but today is my last day. Hopefully I can Share the photos of my nails with you the way she did my nails today. They look a hot mess. I have black paint all underneath paint on my fingers themselves. She did a horrible job and she charged $45. She said it normally 55 are you serious lady? I would not suggest you come here. It is so not worth the price that she’s charging. She’s a sweet lady but today her attitude was bad. She was rushing because there were other people came in after me. I am a very unhappy customer. I will never return to NT hair and nails Salon here on Pioneer Parkway in the Kroger shopping center 425 East Pioneer Parkway her name is Thuy Ngo
