Nail Ganic

Johnny did an amazing job on my Ganic Ultimate Pedicure, and Nancy did an excellent job on my Spa Manicure as well. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, and the customer service here is truly impeccable. It honestly feels like they raise the bar every single time I come in for a service. And let’s not forget Courtney, who leads the Nail Ganic ship so well. She always greets you with the biggest smile and the most welcoming presence when checking you in and pairing you with your technicians for the day. I absolutely love it here and truly can’t see myself going to another nail spa.

This was are first visit here and will continue to come back! These came out better than the picture we provided as an inspiration. My daughter’s Quinceanera pictures are going to look so well put together! I couldn’t be any happier that we came here!!! I myself will be next!! The lady’s was so nice to us and made sure we was more then satisfied!! 5 stars isn’t enough!! You guys are amazing

WORST NAIL SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER ! Staff DID NOT know what to do ,took forever and overcharged me and my spouse for terrible services ! Spouse got a clear gel mani/pedi that came off SAME DAY and looked as if no paint was on the nail ! I received same service , mani/pedi as well as eyebrow service however ,the shape is disgusting and wide ! I asked specifically for an arched French tip and they just gave me terrible uneven lines instead ! My toes looks a mess and they changed the entire shape of my nail! They charged us $268 for absolute TRASH ! We will NOT be returning ! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE shiesty nail Amateurs !! Save your time and don’t get robbed coming here ! Update: thank you for the reply unfortunately there will be no future visit. I expressed during my visit that I was unhappy. Out of 10 nails 8 are extremely crooked. I was given a $10 coupon for next time. I spent all over $300. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment. From the beginning, the experience felt chaotic. We had to explain to four different people why we were there (“we are new clients and have two 9:00 AM appointments”), but no one gave us any direction. We were repeatedly asked the same question until someone finally had us sit down. Once seated, the experience felt rushed immediately. I was handed color palettes and a book at the same time to choose services/colors. I placed the color palettes to the side while I looked through the book, and while I was turning the pages, the technician doing the pedicure said “no” and turned it back to the middle page. I explained that I was new and simply wanted a moment to look through the options since every page had different choices. The pedicure itself was okay, but nothing that would make me return. The massage felt very rushed and was more of a quick rub than an actual massage. I also get acrylic on my big toes and repeatedly had to ask her to cut them down shorter. Additionally, I requested a refill because it had been four weeks since my last one and the growth line was visible. Twice, she debated me about it before finally doing it, even after I explained it was simply my preference. The callus removal was also minimal and felt like a very quick pass-through. The Quality was not worth the price. My nail technician arrived at 9:30 AM, meaning I soaked in acetone for about 30 minutes before he even began. Once he started, he removed the nails, but my natural nails still had leftover buildup and were not properly cleaned before he applied the new Gel-X set. I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years and Gel-X specifically for around 6 years, so I am familiar with the process and expectations. Unfortunately, there was visible glue overflow on several nails, multiple nails were crooked, and my nails were not properly cleaned underneath or prepped thoroughly. Someone later attempted to re-file some of the issues, but filing alone was not enough to correct everything. Overall, we spent over $300 and were offered only a future $10 discount despite the experience. I left very unhappy with both the service and the quality.

Second time coming here after work and I do enjoy the feel of the place. The two nail technicians that have serviced me were amazing! Even though I asked for a classic French nail, the tech asked for a picture just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! Which, I truly appreciate. The owner is very welcoming! And she does check in with you to make sure your service went well!
