Nail Lotus

I initially left a negative review, but Sophia immediately reached out to me and was extremely apologetic and wanted to fix my nails for me. She stayed late past closing time to give me something I was really happy with and took amazing care of me. I will definitely come back if I'm back in town.

TLDR: Pay in cash to make them happy/save 3% processing, make an appointment if you can, and don’t come here for a regular polish manicure. Came in for my birthday because they advertise 10% off discount on your birthday. That being said, I don’t think they applied the discount to my total. I wanted a regular polish mani and the deluxe pedi with regular polish; came to a total of $75. I’m happy with how my toes came out but felt the leg/foot massage was seriously lacking, (why wipe off lotion you just put on me? We’re in the desert my skin needs that moisture lol) and the parafin wax barely covered the soles of my feet. Also still have thick calluses on my feet even after he shaved and pumice stoned me; maybe the shaving thing needs to be sharpened lol. My tech was a guy who was nice but lacked attention to detail. Like, I asked for regular, clear polish on my nails and he proceeded to dremel my nails anyway. Sir, when people get regular polish you only buff; it’s bad for the nail bed to be shaved with a dremel and the texture it leaves is always visible through regular polish. He also did not massage my hands at all; he kind of did one side with the tiniest amount of lotion and then just didn’t do the other hand. So to be honest, the experience just reaffirmed that I would rather just do my manicures myself, so that’s on me 😂. In conclusion, I would definitely come back here as the owner, her daughter and (I’m assuming) her husband were very nice and accommodated me just walking in on a busy Thursday afternoon. Thank you!

Everyone is so accommodating. Sophie and her staff with her husband are the nicest people I ever met at a business that I’ve frequented. I’ll always come back my nails. My toes are scalp from 1 to 10 a 20.

Today was my 4th pedicure visit to Nail Lotus, originally because of its convenient location and only recently realized how competitive their pricing actually is compared to other nail salons in the area. This isn’t a luxury spa with lavender clouds drifting through the air or resort‑style ambiance like the M Resort where a pedicure could easily be in the range of $75-$130. But if you’re looking for an efficient, no‑frills manicure and pedicure that gets the job done without the resort‑level price tag, this is the place. Their customer service matches their pricing: straightforward, friendly, and focused on getting you in and out without fuss. I’ve been very pleased with the consistency, and even recommended the salon to my niece visiting from Boston — she’s used to much higher prices and was pleasantly surprised. I personally like the simple setup. No upselling, no over-the-top décor, just clean, practical service. My only suggestion: maybe switch up the TV channel once in a while. The Vietnamese food channel is great, but it makes me hungry every time. LOL. A little home improvement, news, or even a singing competition would be a nice change of pace. Overall, Nail Lotus is a solid neighborhood spot that delivers exactly what it promises and at a great value. The owner, Sofia is always so pleasant which is a plus. I definitely recommend this nail salon.

I had the BEST experience at Lotus! I walked in on a whim and was immediately welcomed with such kindness and warmth. The staff is incredibly friendly, the space is spotless, and you can truly feel how much they care about their guests. Hands down, this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The level of detail and the steps included were above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before—so relaxing and thoughtfully done from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, kind, and delivers amazing service, Lotus is it. I’ll definitely be back!
