Nail Love

I had a wonderful first experience here! As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, explained all of the services, and got us seated right away. They have a huge selection of nail colors to choose from, which made it easy to find the perfect shade. I treated myself to the Citrus Pedicure, and it was amazing! My nail technician did an excellent job, and I absolutely love my purple gel polish. The pedicure was relaxing, and I could tell they paid close attention to detail. Another nice touch was their drink menu, which made the experience feel even more enjoyable and luxurious. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, the salon was welcoming, and I couldn't be happier with my visit. I'll definitely be coming back!

Walking into the biggest nail salon in America was honestly overwhelming—in the best way! There’s so much to take in, you don’t even know where to look first. The entire place is incredibly cool, spotless, and the service is absolutely amazing. A special thank you to the manager, Johnny—he truly made the experience feel so welcoming that we didn’t want to leave. I’m sure everyone there is wonderful, but I especially want to give a big shoutout to Emma, Chi, and Victor. You all are fantastic at what you do! We’ll definitely be coming back again next month!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing appointment today with Summer and Amber! They are both so incredibly talented and nice and our nails came out phenomenal! The prices are great and the salon itself is beautiful, smells amazing, and the vibes are great. Not enough good things to say, we love Nail Love 💖 10/10 will be back!!

I had an amazing experience with Amarrah at Nail Love! From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive and professional. She checked in with me at every step to make sure I was happy and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. She asked questions, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered beyond my expectations. My nails turned out beautiful, and the entire experience felt relaxing and personalized. I've visited Nail Love several times since January 2026. My very first visit was outstanding—I would have given it 10 stars if I could. That experience is what kept me coming back, and Johnny at the front desk has consistently provided exceptional customer service. Lilly has also done a great job. Unfortunately, my experiences have become less consistent. During a visit in April/May, my eyebrow wax and polish change felt rushed, with missed hairs and polish that wasn't cleaned up completely. On June 10, I was disappointed that the massage during my classic pedicure lasted several minutes less than the advertised time. Today was my most disappointing visit. During my basic pedicure, I was nicked several times even after mentioning it hurt. I asked for a firmer massage, but it was just faster, not better, and it was shorter than expected. The biggest issue was leaving with nail polish still on my toes. I let Johnny know, and he immediately offered to fix it, which I appreciated. However, I chose to go to another salon to have my toes cleaned up and repainted. This review isn't meant to discourage anyone from coming here. The salon is beautiful, and there are employees who truly care. I simply wish every technician provided the same level of care, attention to detail, and consistency that made me fall in love with this salon in the first place.
